Mei is on her way to her auntie's house in Azalea Town when she encounters a strange hut in the woods. She soon finds out that a guardian lives there - a guardian that can travel through time.
But the region of Johto is in great danger. Team Mystic...
Mei reached a section where there were two paths. The one of the left was surrounded with plants, while the one on the right had none. She decided to go left. She marched towards the path, certain that she was going to arrive soon. After about half an hour, she was having second thoughts. There were no buildings in sight and there was definitely no people or pokemon around.
Finally, Mei saw a little wooden hut in the distance. It was made of logs and had been built very well. She was glad that there was a house. Maybe she could sleep there. But people might live in it, and she wasn't that good with strangers. She could give them money. She only had $50, but it was better than nothing.

Mei stepped onto a cobblestone path which lead to the hut. It was about 10-15 meters long. Then she arrived at the house. The door had carvings in it that looked like trees. There were these strange shapes on it as well, but they were very worn out so she couldn't see it properly. Mei pushed open the door. She stared in amazement.
A royal-blue carpet was spread across the wooden timber floor. A small dining room was situated on the right, and a couch was in the middle, and a hallway was left, which Mei found out, led to a bedroom, which had a silk sheets and a duvet covered in green swirls, as well as a white lamp on a timber bedside table beside the bed. A small kitchen was on the far left, which had black and green tiled splash back and a metal sink, a smooth stone bench, a simple cooking stove and oven, several black cupboards, a green fridge and a kettle.
Mei had never seen anything like this before. Her room (which her siblings slept in as well, since it was a two bedroom house) had mattresses, a night light and a dresser which contained all of their clothes. She had never stayed in a hotel before, because her family had never had the money. So this hut was pure luxury to her. Actually, to call it a "hut" was an understatement. This was amazing.
But who lived here? Mei wondered to herself. Somebody just wouldn't leave a luxurious house in the middle of a forest. That is just crazy. Maybe they are on a holiday. They wouldn't mind if she was in this house, right?
Hmmmm....... Maybe she should leave.
Then Mei noticed a small courtyard out the back. She walked through the glass screen door. A large water feature sat there, as well as a small pavilion littered with candles and rose petals. A stereo blared out calm, relaxing music that reminded Mei of waterfalls. A cushion was placed in the middle of the pavilion.
