As Celebi and Mei drifted over the clouds, the Guardian tells her of it's adventures.

"I was born in an abandoned temple in Kanto. I had no family or friends, so I was very lonely. All I did was braid vines, and by the time I was a few years old, the temple looked like a big, thick lock of hair. "

Mei felt bad for the poor little pokemon. "Then how did you get to the hut?" she asked carefully.

" Eventually the temple crumbled of old age and the wise old forest spirits sent me to a hut, where I could protect all good living things from evildoers".

Suddenly, a big shadow loomed over them. Several skyscrapers had risen high into the air.

"We are here"  said the voice.
They trekked up the gravel path into the town. Mei looked around in wonder. She had never left her home before, so this was a great surprise to her. Celebi, however, looked blank.

Mei pulled out a piece of paper from her pocket. It contained the directions to her aunt's house. She beckoned Celebi to follow, and turned right, then left, then two rights, a straight, and they were standing in front of a small cottage with a bright red roof. Plant life dominated the front garden, roses spilling over the thatched fence. A sweet, sugary smell of pie attracted the pair.

"Mei?! Is that you?!!" a loud voice boomed from inside the house. Celebi quickly unzipped Mei's bag and slipped inside.

Suddenly Auntie Kath burst out of the door of the cottage. She charged forward and enveloped Mei in a huge hug.

"How ARE you? I haven't seen you since you were a wee thing! You've gotten SO big! Come inside, I've got a raspberry pie on the go!" squealed Auntie Kath.  Mei followed her inside.

It was a classic-looking cottage. In the center was a large, oval shaped mirror and a small table with a huge flower arrangement of roses. A hallway was on the left, probably with the bedrooms and bathrooms, and a living room covered half of the right side, with a worn out brown leather couch, ruffled polka dot curtains and a bright pink carpet and a large TV sitting on a timber cabinet. The other half boasted Auntie Kaths' state-of-the-art kitchen. Shining blenders and pristine ovens, a fridge, a large sink, a flat cooking top and many other amazing cooking appliances.

Auntie Kath notices Mei looking at the kitchen, open-mouthed.

"I won a huge kitchen hamper last year" she grinned.
