"Do you believe me?" He asked with a small smirk. It was almost mocking.

"Yes but I kind of don't. Why should I believe that your telling the truth?" I asked him and he chuckled.

"Talon, would I lie to you?" He asked as we turned the corner and I laughed then shook my head no. "Exactly, I love you Talon so I would never do such a thing. We've known each other forever chica. So do you want to get it?" He asked and smiled at me so I smiled back.

"Sure. We'll be forever in love best friends for life," I said dramatically and smiled up at him.

"And death. Nothing separates us, okay?" He said I nodded.

"Forever together." I said as we walked and then there was a lot of people running and there was yelling. 

"What's going on?" I asked a guy as I grabbed him to a stop.

"Some guys have guns and demanding stuff. I don't know who they are but they're not happy at all." The guy said looking around then took off running again.

"We have to go. Like right now." I said to Vick and grabbed his hand then tried to run.

"No. What if someone is in trouble back there? We have to do something." He said and I shook my head.

"No podemos hacer nada! Vienen así que date prisa Vick. (We can't do anything! They're coming so hurry up Vick.)" I said trying to hurry.

"If I die first don't cry for me Tals. Your my happiness." He said and kissed my forehead.

"Vick we aren't going to die. Lets just get inside somewhere." I said and we started speed walking.

I heard a gunshot and Vick stopped and looked at me then fell and I saw blood coming from his back and then he started coughing up blood.

"Vick! Please don't do this." I said to him and started crying.

"T-Tal *cough* don't cry. *cough* P-Please don't *cough* cry. I'll be fine." He said weakly.

"No you won't. Vick don't leave me." I said and took his hand. "Help!!! Someone help!! Please!! Help he got shot!!" I screamed and screamed and cried while looking into his eyes.

"Don't *cough* cry." He said and lifted his shakey hand to wipe away my tears. His eyes started closing.

"Vick, don't close your eyes. Vick! Vick please stay awake! Victor! Help me!!" I screamed and then someone stood me up.

"Talon calm down the ambulance are here." Someone said to me but I kept crying and trying to go back to Vick's side as the ambulance took him.

"Vick!! Vick!! Let me go! I have to see him!" I yelled and the turned me to face them and it was my friend Lou. "Lou I have to go to the hospital." I said to him and he wiped my tears away.

"Calmed down Tals. Everything is being taken care of." Lou said and I cluthed his shirt in both hands and cried on his chest.

"He's not going to be okay." I cried into his chest and he sat us down on the ground and I cried while he hugged me.

"Shhhh everthing's going to work itself out good or bad it has a purpose." Lou said and rubbed my back while I cried.

"I hate them! I wish it was someone else and not Vick. Why did it have to be Vick?" I said while I cried then opened my eyes and looked up and saw Lou was crying too so I wiped his tears away. "He won't m-m-make it right Lou?" I asked and he shook his head no. I cried harder Lou hugged me tighter to his chest and I hugged him back.
