LUCHESI STYLES

As the elevator door slowly creaked open, I stepped out into the cold hospital waiting room. There were a few families sitting around but no familiar faces. I took a sharp left trying to avoid the lady sitting at the desk. Luckily I snuck away just before she could turn around.

I walked down the hallway to the third room on the right just where they said he would be. As I walked in, most of the lights were off besides a bedside lamp. His eyes were open, but staring off into space. It wasn't until I made my presence clear with a cough that he finally looked at me.

"Luchesi?" Seth's rough voice projected through the room.

"I'm here for Harry, he wants those papers" I said curtly, not even bothering to show sympathy.

"Funny, are you going to shoot me if I don't give them to you?" he asked making me roll my eyes.

"No, but I know you have them and I will find them" I said.

"Don't even bother looking, they're in my coat pocket" he said gesturing over to the bloodied coat hanging on the chair.

I walked over cautiously before grabbing the coat and slipping my hand in the pocket. Sure enough, the papers were stuffed inside folded into the small square. I pulled it out of the pocket before dropping the coat back on the chair. I unfolded the papers to look at the bottom to make sure both of their signatures were on the two lines. Seth Casper and Elliot Casper, good.

"So, that's it?" he asked making me look at him as I pushed the paper back into my pocket.

"What?" I asked.

"We're officially one gang" he said, making me chuckle.

"Listen, just because we are now in the same gang, doesn't mean I like you or you're my buddy" I said making him furrow his eyebrows.

"How so?" he asked, knowing damn well the reason.

"You said some fücked up shït to her and you know it" I said making him roll his eyes.

"Like what?" he sneered.

"Let's see, telling her that Harry doesn't love her. Maybe, calling out Harry right in front of her. Or you know, it could be the fact that you admitted that there were men in your gang that were 'waiting for her'. You know it really could be any of those at this point" I said.

"What is up with all of you, do you really think I would run a gang with men that lust after my sister" he said making me tilt my head in confusion.

"What?"

"It was a lie! I had to do something to install fear into Harry. There was no way he would have went through with anything without it" he said.

"Regardless, you made it seem real, and she doesn't know that it's a lie" I said.

"She doesn't need to know. When she walked out that door she was wearing his sweatshirt. His. How did she get that?" he asked.

"What are you even talking about?" I asked.

"All I'm saying is, I don't need my sister to be whore thank you very much" he said making me want to strangle him.

"She is far from a whore, trust me" I said making him roll his eyes.

"I don't want to know what Harry has made her do, I don't want to hear what she has done. If she thinks there are men in my gang that want her, she will think twice about the decisions she makes" he said.
