HARRY'S POV
I watched Arabella's chest rose and fell slowly as she has been asleep on the little couch across from me for nearly two hours. She was so pissed off at me for leaving her on edge that I can't even believe she managed to fall asleep. Watching her puffy lips parted as she heavily panted out of them made me think back to the way soft moans fell from those same lips near hours ago. She's so fücking beautiful.
I stood up from my seemingly uncomfortable office chair and walked over to the couch where she sat. I carefully sat down on the arm of the couch and picked up a strand of her soft brown waves. I lightly twirled it around my finger feeling it slip through my rough hands. Everything about her is so light and dainty, that is except her attitude. I chuckled thinking about her wit and the ability she has to trick herself out of a situation, similar to the way she ended up here.
A heavy knock at the door caused my head to snap out of its trance as Arabella stirred below me.
"Come in" I said hoarsely, trying to stay quiet enough to keep her asleep. The door slowly creeped open, and standing on the other side was nobody other than Elliot Casper.
My feet sprung up as I stood in front of Arabella, holding my waistband where the small gun I had packed earlier today was resting. His eyes were wide and a folded paper was held in his hand.
"Woah, no, no. I'm not here for a fight" he said holding his hands up "Trust me, I just want to talk"
"Remember the last time you just wanted to talk?" I said making him shake his head.
"I promise, just talk, I have something for you" he said inviting himself through the doorway and shutting the door firmly behind him.
He turned back around and saw Arabella still sleeping on the couch. His eyes widened as he looked back and forth between her sleeping body and my squinted eyes. Before even thinking, he cleared his throat and fought to keep his eyes away.
"So, you two are... uhm ?" he said nervously looking at me.
"We're working it out, is that what you came here for?" I snapped making him shake his head quickly.
"No, no, I wanted to give you this" he said holding a piece of paper out between the two of us.
"What is it?" I asked, snatching it out of his hand and opening it up.
"It's the agreement, my brother and I signed it this morning" he said as I quickly read through it once more before peering down at the two scribbled signatures at the bottom.
"Luchesi somehow got Seth to sign" I mumbled chuckling to myself.
"I guess, I don't know what he said, but it worked" Elliot said carefully, as if he was choosing every word.
"Good, it needed to happen" I said throwing the paper on the desk.
An awkward silence ran through the room and as the discomfort settled, the both of uncomfortably paced around trying to figure out how the fück to end this situation. I watched Elliot peer over at his sister. A pang of guilt ran through me for a split second knowing that I had taken his sister away from him, but that jealously was quickly replaced with that blurry picture of me from years back running from the exploded Ferocious club.
Something was off about him though. He wasn't that battered and grungy gang member that held a shot gun to my head. His shoulders were slumped over, his hair was straggly and dirty, and there were stains all over his white shirt. Everything about him seemed off and weird. I watched him slowly tear his eyes off Arabella to look back over at me. As soon as he realized I was watching him, his eyes diverted to somewhere else.
