Don't reply when angry
Don't decide when your sad
All of these you should not do with a remarkable emotion
Emotions tend to blind your sight of understanding and judgment
Emotions what we have everyday
It's what keeps us alive or dead
So you are in charge of your feelings
Nobody knows how you feel
