Bill wasn't entirely sure why he agreed to this... He guessed it was mostly because he just wanted to spend more time with his Pine Tree.

According to the brunette, his family and friends were having a small gathering at the Mystery Shack. Dipper told him that he should come because he thought it would be a good opportunity to meet his other friends, who were pretty much his family.

Among those who were coming were Wendy, Soos, Grenda, Pacifica, Candy, Melody, Gideon, Robbie, Lee, Nate, Tambry, Thompson, and McGucket... Bill wasn't a huge fan of any of those people, especially Gideon.

The blonde was getting close to the shack and he could see everyone outside. He was the last one. Great. Oh well... Being fashionably late was still cool, right?

As he was getting closer, he realized Pine Tree had his back towards him while talking to Mabel, Wendy, Mabel's friends, and Wendy's friends. Oh, what a perfect opportunity...

He slowly crept up to the brunette, being as silent as possible. As the others began to notice him, Mabel being the first, he motioned for them to not say anything. He was inches behind Pine Tree now.

He suddenly wrapped his arms Dipper's waist and pulled him close, shouting, "Heya, kiddo!"

Dipper shrieked at the top of his lungs, scrambling to get out of Bill's arms. Everyone bursted out laughing. Dipper turned around to come face to face with him. His eyes widened when he realized it was Bill. He grinned and hugged him.

"Castor! You made it!" he exclaimed. Dipper gave him a small kiss on the cheek, but then pulled away. "But don't ever do that again."

"You still love me, though, right?" Bill jokingly asked.

Dipper laughed. "Dude, of course. I'll love you no matter what!"

Bill finally let him go. Dipper turned around to face the others and began introducing Bill to everyone, but he got distracted. He sat Fiddleford and Sixer sitting on the steps together, talking to each other.

Fiddleford looked really different. He looked a lot better, actually. He shaved his beard and lost the hat. From the way he was talking, he seemed to have regained his sanity... Which made Bill a little relieved... He had to admit that he didn't only feel guilt for what he had done to Pine Tree, but to the others too: even Fiddleford. Bill knew that it was pretty much his fault that he had gone crazy and become a whole different person-

"...And everyone, this is Castor!" Dipper's voice interrupted his thoughts.

"It's nice to meet you all," Bill said with a friendly smile.

"What's up with the eye patch?" Robbie asked. Dipper frowned at him.

Bill resisted the urge to either be extremely rude and/or sarcastic with him. "I was born without an eye. I just use the eye patch to cover it to try to avoid attention, though it seems inevitable."

Dipper let out a small chuckle.

Bill flinched when he heard the sudden joyful screaming of a child. He looked over and was surprised to see Stan holding a baby with Soos and Melody beside him, laughing.

"Oh, that's Melody and Soos' daughter, Roxy!" Dipper explained, locking arms with him. "She'll be turning one soon. I forgot to tell you about her."

"Isn't she cute?!" Mabel suddenly exclaimed, walking up to him with Pacifica trailing along behind her. "I babysit her sometimes when Melody and Soos need a break. I love her!"

"You seem like you'd be good with kids," Bill told her with a smile.

"She really is. It's kind of scary," Dipper said, making Bill laugh.
