Chapter 7: Death Note Case

"Okay! Look at this." Clark showed us his notes, it must be he's findings about Amos Organization.

"Here are my findings about Amos." he said.

Sa notes niya may nakasulat na isang malaking pangalan na KIRA, sa lower part ng word na KIRA may nakalagay na L sa lower left side at Near naman sa lower right.

"Ano ang ibig sabihin niyan?" Tanong ko.

Pinatong ito ni Clark sa mesa na nasa harap ni Ino, tinignan ni Ino mabuti ang sulat, he held his chin and think for a few minutes.

"KIRA." Pabulong ni Ino.

"KIRA is the alias of Light Yagami from the anime called the Death Note." Ino said while holding the piece of notes na sinulat ni Clark, pero sa mga oras na ito hindi ko pa rin talaga gets kung ano ang ibig sabihin ng sulat na yon, and also hindi rin ako familiar sa Death Note nga ba yun?

Inayos ni Jinri ang kanyang salamin at biglang nagsalita "I know that, Light Yagami a.k.a KIRA as he calls himself, Kira is a serial killer, pumapatay siya ng mga law abiders, pati mga corrupt governments kaya niyang patayin, on the spot he can kill you even if he's not around the area." Sabi niya.

"How is he doing that?" Tanong ko.

"By using his Death Note." Ino answered.

"And what the hell is that Death Note?" Sabi ko sabay pamewang.

"Let me answer that." Said Clark na biglang sumandal sa maliit na bookshelves, I can't help but look at his eyes para bang inaantok siya, at ang boses niya ay tunog bagong gising. "A Death Note is a very powerful murder weapon, kahit na nasa loob ka lang ng kuwarto puwede kang makapatay ng mga kakilala mo, if you memorized the face and the full name of your victim you can kill that person by writing his or her full name on a piece of Death Note's paper."

I stood frozen and surprised "By writing a name?" Sabi ko ng may pagtatakang tono "Isn't that..."

"Ridiculous?"

Ayun at inunahan na ako ni Ino sa sasabihin ko. "In reality yes, it is ridiculous and impossible, but it's just an anime, a fiction."

Napansin ko lang na ako lang ata ang walang alam dito about sa Death Note na yon.

"What about this L and Near?" Tanong ko sabay turo sa dalawang pangalan na nakasulat sa papel ng notes ni Clark.

"L is also an Alias, and same goes to Near." Sabi ni Clark.

"How about we set aside this Death Note conversation okay?" I interrupted dahil baka umabot pa nga sa kung saan ang pag uusap namin at mawala na kami sa kaso "What's the info about Amos?"

Clark breathe deeply "KIRA is the leader of Amos organization, L and Near are he's Two Guns." 

Guns? Does he mean literally?

"No one has seen Kira's real face, kahit ang mga tauhan niya, only L and Near are the two people who saw Kira's face and had a personal contact with him." Pagpapatuloy ni Clark "silang dalawa ang pinaka-pinagkakatiwalaan ni Kira, they are Kira's whole body, his eyes, his ears, his mouth etc."

"Kira gives orders." Lumakad si Clark palapit sa mesa at itinuro ang pangalang KIRA and he slided he's two fingers to L and Near's name "L and Near received them, then implement it to Amos Organization."

"In other words messenger?" Sabi ni Jinri.

"Most likely." He answered "Amos Organization usually kidnaps young girls, and sells them to the foreigners." Clark made a serious face. "At kanina I heard they have a new victim."
