The Chief

Hope y'all like the story!
Story Summary: Lucy's parents, were killed by monsters. Now left alone, Lucy runs out into the forest and meets a dragon. After learning magic, her dragon disappears and she then finds Fairytail. What will happen next?

Lucy's Pov
"Ugh..."
I woke up to dirt in my face. When I got up and brushed the dirt off, I saw Gray, Natsu, Freeze, and Happy still knocked out. So I did the most logical thing that I could've thought of, "Roar of the ice dragon!" to Natsu and Gray.
"OW!"
"OI LUCE WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT FOR?!" Natsu shouted.
"You guys didn't wake up..."
"Did you even try to wake them up normally?" Freeze asked, with Happy beside her, both waking up to the idiotic boys' shouts.
"But that's how I usually wake people up.." I defended.
"REALLY?" The two idiots shouted again.
I covered my ears, they're so gonna make me deaf someday.
"Yeah, sure...people *cough* dragon *cough*" Freeze said.
And of course, I did the next most logical thing I could think of, I froze Freeze in an ice block.
"Is that a smart idea?" Happy asked.
"Yep. It was the next most logical thing." I replied.
They all sweatdropped and fell to the floor, anime style (A/N: I've never done the sweatdropped thing before :p).
"Wait, so why didn't you freeze Natsu, Happy, and I?" Gray asked.
"Because...because..."
"You llllllllike them." Happy said, rolling his tongue.
I blushed tomato red, and apparently so did Natsu and Gray. (A/N: Guess Natsu isn't as dumb as we thought) (Natsu's Note: Hey! Meanie.)
"Y-you st-stupid c-cat!"
'Dammit! Why'd I have to stumble...but he is kinda right, Natsu and Gray are nice and caring, and...BAD LUCY! STOP THINKING LIKE THAT!'
"Lushy's making a weird face again."
"Imma kill you, ya stupid neko!" I started to chase Happy into the forest.
"WAIT UP!" The two said.
Freeze's Pov
'S-s-so c-cold! They think that just 'cuz your frozen it doesn't feel cold, well guess what, it is cold, IT'S FREEZING!'
I was about to settle into sleep, until Natsu, the fire dragon slayer, went up to me and melted the ice off.
"THANK YOU! YOU ARE NOW MY BEST FIRE EATING FRIEND!" I shouted.
"YOSH! I'M SOMEONE'S BESTIE!"
'Wow, this guy is dense. And I thought Lucy was dense' (Lucy's Note: FREEZE! You're so mean! *sulks in Emo Corner*)
3rd Pov
All of them ran after Lucy, who of course, was chasing Happy.
"WAIT!" Someone called.
This stopped Happy right in his tracks, which of course caused Lucy to bump into him, landing on top of him, which resulted in Gray landing on Lucy, Natsu on Gray, and finally Freeze on Natsu, all of them in a human and exceed dog pile.
"G-gomenasai! I didn't mean to make you trip!" The same voice squeaked.
"It's alright," Lucy said. "Can you guys get OFF? You're heavy!"
"Oh...yeah, sorry Luce, Happy."
"Oi, you didn't apologize to me!" Gray yelled.
"Gray...Natsu...are you guys starting a fight?" Lucy asks, her voice dangerously calm.
"N-no ma'am!"
"Aye!"
"Gomenasai for their behavior, are you our client?" Lucy showed the figure the request sheet.
"Hai! We are, please, let me lead you to our village."
They walked for a bit then arrived at a huge gate, which then opened, letting them enter.
"Here is your tent for you to rest in after you get the information from our chief."
"Thanks." Gray said.
"Are you the mages that are required to help?" The chief asked.
"We are." Natsu answered. "What do we need to do? I'M ALL FIRED UP!"
Lucy smacked him on the back of his head, adding a little too much force which, then made Natsu fall to the ground. Face first.
"Uh...hehheh..oops..?"
The chief then explained everything...including on how you had to destroy the moon.
They walked away heading towards the tent. Once they were there, they started to make a plan, well, Lucy and Gray were anyways.
"So...we have to destroy the moon?" Natsu asked.
"NO!" The other two shouted in unison.
"But that's what the chief told us..."
"Ugh..I can't think anymore, let's talk about this tomorrow, 'kay?" Lucy said falling asleep immediately.
Gray caught her and placed her on a mattress.
"You lllllike her." Happy said.
Natsu and Gray flushed red, for different reasons too. Gray from embarrassment and Natsu from anger.
"GO TO SLEEP!" Lucy shouted, even if she was asleep.
'God, she knows us too well' was the thought going through everyone's mind.
