I was sitting in my room crying because of what happened. after dumbledore left , harry Hermione and Ron went upstairs to talk about what happened , everyone went about their businesses and i ran up here. Its been two hours and i just cant stop crying. the person i loved dearly hated me because of who my biological father is. what i cant wrap my mind around is why he adopted me in the first place. i heard someone walk in shut the door and sit down on my bed.
" i should kill him for hurting you like that" Sirius said sighing.
" why would he adopt me if he hated my dad. he hated me. yet he still adopted me." i whispered.
" i don't know." he said
" how did you know who i was" i asked
"I helped pick your name. James wanted Lynn, lils wanted Ashley. so i said ashlynn." he said with a sad smile.
"I'm sorry. they were your best friends. " i said
" its okay , ill see them again. I just wish you and harry could have had more time with them. you were just a two months old, harry a year. "
" yeah. I wanna change my name back to potter. " i said
" no you cant do that. if voldemort finds out about you, he will use you to get to harry and him to get to you. " Sirius said
" ugh. well at least i took almost all of his money" i sighed , he smiled patted my leg and left. i curled into a ball and fell asleep. I woke up to two people apparating into my room.
"ashlynn" George said
" mum " Fred said
" Its time for supper" they said together.
" i don't feel like eating" i said into my pillow.
" come on ash, who cares about that git. you have all of us. we are all the family you need. " george said
" Yeah George" Fred said
" Fred" George said
"Bill " Fred said
" charlie" George said
" ronnikins" Fred said
" Ginny" George said
" Percy" Fred said
" mum" George said
" dad" Fred said
" harry" George said
" Sirius"Fred said
"Hermione" George said
" Chloe"Fred said
"lupin"George said
" and Rachel!" the said together
"true" i said biting my lip. and let them pull me up. to my feet. gratefully they didn't say anything about my eyes being puffy and bloodshot. together we walked down to the kitchen and sat in between them. Let me explain who Chloe and Rachel are. Chloe is Ginny's twin sister. crazy i know. and Rachel well she's Sirius' daughter and one of my best friends along with Ginny and Chloe. now don't get me wrong i love my little family but sometimes you just want to wallow in self pity well by yourself. what i love about fred and george is if your unhappy about something or feel bad they will try to make you feel a little better. I ate in silence listening to everyone chatter on, trying to ignore the worried glances molly was making. when i was done i got up to go back to my room.
"oh no you dont" fred and george said grabbing each arm and pulled me back down into my chair. "Your staying here missy. " fred said. making me groan.
