so me and Rachel spent most of our days either in our or the Wesley's backyard tanning while uncle Sirius was out in public enjoying his freedom. the days went by with my birthday drawing near. it was the morning of august first me and Rachel planned to go to the burrow today to see harry.
" uncle Sirius are you wanting to go with us ? " i asked popping my head into the kitchen , wearing shorts and a pink tank top with my bikini on underneath
" yeah ill meet you girls there , I've got something i want to do first " he said
" okay love you" i said and me and Rachel kissed his cheek simultaneously before skipping off
" love you too!" he yelled as we flooed to the burrow.
" ray ash!" Ginny and Chloe yelled as we stepped out of the fireplace and smothered us in hugs.
" where's harry? " i asked
" in rons room" Ginny said rolling her eyes. i nodded and skipped up the stairs and opened rons door to find them playing exploding snap.
" harry! " i said smiling
" ash , hey " he said not looking at me .
" happy birthday , sorry its a day late" i said
" that's fine thanks " he said not looking at me still
" here's your present" i said handing him a wrapped package. he opened it revealing a broomstick repair kit and a book on advanced defensive spells.
" thanks " he said still detached
" whats wrong" i asked concerned
" nothing and if there was it wouldn't be any of your business. " he said
" yes it would , your my brother i don't want you upset with me." i said
" you want to know whats wrong with me? you are ! Sirius adopted you and didn't me . why would he adopt you instead of me whats so special about you your a mini Snape . always will be " he exploded as soon as he said that tears leaked down my cheeks and a saddened look came to his eyes. " ash i i didn't mean "
" yes you did harry. but your wrong. I'm nothing like Snape. whats special about me , you know what is, i care about everyone . your my big brother. i understand what the dursleys put you through but at least they cared enough for you to be there and to be around you. ' i said and ran downstairs crying and into the fireplace going to diagon alley , where i ran into draco which started my crying again . he bought a room for us and sat me down
" ash what happened" he said holding me.
"h-h-h-h-arry " i sobbed
" what did he do" he said rubbing my back
" he found out uncle Sirius adopted me a couple months ago and he was upset about it because he wasn't adopted either, he said th-that there's n-n-othing special about me and I'm a mi-mini snape so he shouldn't have adopted me" i sobbed " he tried to take it back after he said it "
" he's wrong. your the most amazing and beautiful girl in the world. don't listen to him " he said and got a sad look in his eyes and i automatically understood what was wrong
" they branded you " i whispered as more tears leaked " what are they going to make you do"
" you don't need to know, it will put you in danger. he threatened to kill me and my family " he said
" go to dumbledore he can help you , i promise" i said
" let me think about it okay , i just don't want to put you or them in anymore danger, no matter how bad my dad is , he's still my dad , mum she just goes with him because if she or i don't go along with it we get hurt." he said
