Invaded dreams

After we got back to the Moon Dorm, Hanabusa and Senri went up the stairs to their rooms. I looked around for a moment and I noticed that Kaname wasn't back yet. I frowned a little, disappointed that he wasn't there,

"Sad Kaname isn't here?"

Akatsuki asked, almost as if he read my mind. I looked at him slightly surprised and he snickered,

"It was written all over your face. Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be back soon. He was just as worried as the rest of us were when you disappeared."

I laughed slightly,

"I can imagine. He was always worried about me when we were little. Again I'm sorry for the trouble I caused."

Akatsuki smiled at me and rested his hand on top of my head,

"What's important is that you're safe. I'm glad we found you, Y/N."

I smiled back at him and hugged him briefly before pulling back,

"So am I. I think I'm going to head to my room now. I'm a little tired. I'll see you later, okay?"

He nodded at me, a slight smirk playing on his lips as we ascended the stairs together. His door came up first so I waved to him as he entered before continuing to my room.

NARRATORS POV

Akatsuki went back to his room to take a shower, still thinking about the moment he shared with Y/N and smiling to himself. When he got out he found his cousin, Aidou, waiting for him with an unpleasant look on his face,

"Akatsuki."

He said in a cold voice, causing the vampire in question to turn to Aidou,

"Is something wrong?"

He said casually as he sat down on his bed. Aidou glared daggers at him,

"I saw you and Y/N a little while ago. Don't let yourself become attached to her, okay?"

He said as a small ice ball formed in his hand. Akatsuki looked at the ball of ice before staring his cousin directly in the eyes as he formed a fireball,

"Do you really want to do this?"

He said stoically, ready to strike if necessary. Hanabusa stood down slowly as the ice ball vanished, but kept glaring at him. Standing up, Aidou headed for the door,

"Just remember that you're not the only one who cares for Y/N."

He said coldly, walking out and slamming the door behind him. Akatsuki smiled evilly to himself after Aidou left. He knew full well that Aidou could get jealous at times, bu the couldn't stop himself from pushing his cousin's buttons. Besides, he also had feelings for the lovely Y/N, and he wasn't about to roll over and let his cousin have her. At least, not without a fight.
