Karlie sits with her mouth a gape. She can't believe the words came out of Taylor's mouth. When she had imagined this scene she had imagined herself to be the one to say it first, and in her nightmares Taylor ran. Karlie has known for certain since Christmas that she was in love with Taylor and now she finally had the chance to tell her; she froze. The girl had never opened up her heart to anyone before.
Previously, when Karlie complimented Taylor's outfit, her hair, every time Karlie would say to Taylor 'Your eyes are so blue', she would always know in her head that she really meant 'I Love You' but she wasn't certain, and she didn't have the courage. With all these thoughts rushing around in her head she doesn't notice that Taylor is still waiting for a reply. Karlie can see the hurt building up behind her smile.
Taylor starts to speak, "I just wanted you to know, I don't want you to feel pressured to say it ba-"
"I love you too Taylor". This time it's Taylor's turn to sit with her mouth a gape. After Karlie's blank stare and prolonged silence, she assumed that Karlie wasn't going to say it back, so when she did, it meant so much more. It meant so much more than the girl had imagined it meaning.
Karlie leans forward and kisses Taylor. As the kiss is deepened by Taylor nibbling and tugging at the brunette's bottom lip, Karlie pushes her girlfriend onto her back on the sofa so she is hovering above her with her arms either side of Taylor's body. Their bodies are pressed up against one another and Taylor moves her hands up and down Karlie's back. Her left hand goes under the brunette's top and leaves a trail of goose-bumps on every bit of skin she touches whilst her right grabs a tuft of her girlfriend's hair and lightly tugs.
Karlie moves her kisses to the crook of Taylor's neck. She lightly sucks and nibbles at her earlobe causing a soft moan to erupt from the girl below her. Softly and carefully she works her way down Taylor's neck leaving light open-mouthed kisses on her bruises. When she reaches the teacher's collarbone she starts to nip at the skin, soft at first but getting gradually harder with every moan Taylor makes. She was sure to leave marks.
Taylor gently tugs at the brunette's shirt signalling that she wanted Karlie to take it off and the girl briefly interrupts her work on Taylor's neck to pull it over her head, she throws it carelessly across the room.
As Karlie makes her way slowly back up Taylor's neck, her hand slips round to Taylor's front and under her shirt. Her hands are cold on the blonde's skin and she gasps slightly at the touch. The brunette's hand continues up Taylor's stomach making her muscles twitch until they reach the girls breasts. Karlie's hands roam over them and as she lightly applies pressure through her bra, Taylor elicits a breathy moan into the 18-year old's ear. Following this, she starts moving her hand down across the teacher's stomach, once again making the muscles there twitch. Just as the tips of Karlie's fingers slip underneath the blonde's waistband Taylor panics as she gets an unwanted flashback. The memory of Emily doing the same thing in her old room back before Christmas flashes in her mind like a lightning bolt. The girl begins hyperventilating underneath her girlfriend.
Karlie immediately reacts and stops what she was doing to get off Taylor. "Babe, what's wrong?", her brow is furrowed.
Taylor suddenly feels embarrassed that she couldn't be intimate with her girlfriend and hides her face in her hands as she slowly shakes her head. "I'm so sorry", the memory refuses to leave her mind. Emily's face flashing through her mind makes the girl want to cry and scream out.
"Did I do something wrong? Tay, you can tell me, I won't mind", she sympathises.
"No, it's not you. It's just... it reminded me of what Emily did before Christmas and I... I panicked", the girl choked out.
