P.O.V - Elene

As I was brushing my dirty-blond hair,  I was still wincing from that kick in the gut.

'...God dammit.' I thought, as I ran my fingers through my hair. I was called beautiful numerous times, even though I'm not that gorgeous...

I sighed and set my brush down. I stared back at my reflection on the mirror, observing my eyes. The color was a fascinating blue with gold cast. My skin was a light shade of bronze with olive undertone.

I had on a golden locket, that was shaped as an apple. My name was engraved onto it. On the sides where you open it, there are three studs, two of them are Peridots ( Ethene's birthstone: August), while in the middle of those two a diamond is placed, referring to my birthstone, in April. It's  really beautiful, once you open the locket, a picture is placed on there, preferably me. I hope it isn't just a random baby. Ethene and I have the same exact necklace, just different patterns and gems, and of course names.

I scanned my room and observed the paintings placed on the wall. The wall was white, with gold and silver swirls circling the room. I have white fuzzy carpet. My room is pretty huge, now that I mentioned it. I have a queen sized bed on the side. Beside the bed lays a desk with my laptop on it. It has a few scrapbooks, filled with millions of pictures with Ethene and I. Secretly, I have a photo album filled with pictures of chocolate cakes... not that I just found it on google or anything...

I have a massive dresser to the right of my door. I have some bean bags at the other side of my door. What I love about my room, is that the ceiling is painted to look like outside when its dark. It has million of stars, and the moon right in the middle. There is a lot of shooting stars placed here and there. Ethene and I painted it when we were both 13.

I scrunched up my eyebrows in frustration and sighed once again. I took a glance at my dresser and strolled to that direction. I wonder if I still had my Potter Costume? Chances are that it won't fit... I last wore it when I was 11.

As I exposed the inside of my dresser, I scanned the inside, hoping to find the said costume. Instead, some other outfit caught my eye. I examined it one more time and took it out of the dresser. It was gray denim skinny jeans, an off the shoulder lace trim top, a grey beret, and some gold converse.

I did some silly poses in-front of the mirror. I winked, and started chuckling. I grabbed my wallet and slipped on a light cardigan.

I headed out the door and into the kitchen. I grabbed an apple and started munching on it.

" Ethene, hurry up! Your so slow you could be going backwards!" I yelled, as I devoured my apple.

P. O. V. Ethene.

" Ethene, hurry up! Your so slow you could be going backwards!" I heard Elene yell from the kitchen. I rolled my eyes and continued to do my stuff. I then proceeded to my dresser to look for my perfect outfit. You see, I have to wear what fits my personality. It's just like that, so don't ask me why.

I started to look around my room. The walls were blue and the ceiling was purple. It also had black splotches all over them. One day I took water balloons and filled them with black paint and hurled them at the walls to make them... It was fun. My carpet was also black. My bed was black with the covers blue and purple circles all over it, and my canopy was black... if you hadn't noticed my room is a strictly purple, blue, and black place. Also, in the corner of my room I had a fuzzy white rug.

I know what your thinking.. O-M-G Ethene just said that it was only supposed to be black, blue, and purple. Well, that rug is where I meditate. Yes, I meditate. It helps get yours chacras together. You might think I'm crazy, but I do it and that is that! HUMPH!
