I'm just wasting time waiting for the mail but I still have hours ahead of me and I don't know what to do in the mean time. I actually got a good nights sleep so I can't go back to sleep, so I just wander around trying to find something to do. Going around touching everything trying to find something useful to do with it.
Maybe I should just get out of he house I'm gonna drive myself mad if I sit around here waiting for hours to pass. Heading into the bedroom I notice how dark it is. God it feels like I sleep in a bat cave or something so I walk over to the window and yank open the curtains. I think my eyes shriveled up and fell out if my head because I'm such an idiot, nice one Louis. I rub the daylight from my eyes and finally adjust to the room actually being bright and alive since harry left.

I decide that I should take a shower since I smell like disappointment. The air in the bathroom is so cold as I strip down to only my trousers. Desperate for the warm water I hurry and switch the water on and pull off my trousers. Now this is where things went wrong, I'm such an idiot I thought actually jumping into the shower would be a good idea. I guess the phrase "jump in the shower" is definitely not literal. As I jump into the shower I slip and fall into the tub part, I think I heard something crack but I just layed there accepting the fact that what I did wasn't Ok and this is now the second time falling in the shower. After laying there for a good 30 seconds and my ear started to fill with water I slowly got up. Let's try this again by taking a normal shower and no more jumping. I grab a towel and lather on some soap and start to wash off the sticky feeling on my body. After rinsing off I stood there enjoying the water, but then my skin started doing that weird wrinkly thing and that was enough to make me get out. When I was a little kid my mum used to tell me that water ages you and walked out of the bathroom laughing, I took my bath but then looked at my fingers and saw the wrinkles and almost lost my mind. I ran bare ass and everything out of the bathroom and showed my mum my fingers and yelled in all seriousness "Help me I don't want to be old yet!" Yeah I fell for everything when I was a kid.

I head to my dresser and take out some khaki pants with a white shirt and white tennis shoes. Then I make sure all the lights are off and I have my keys with me I head downstairs and towards the garage. The garage is really roomy and doesn't have that much in it so everything I do or say echo's off the walls, it gets annoying after spending to long of time in here. Hopping in the car I take a moment to just breathe, then I click the button on my visor to open the garage door. Putting the car in reverse I slowly back down the drive way all the way to the end of it until I realize I don't even know where I should go. I still have at least 4 hours before Stan gets to my block.

Well I haven't eaten so I decide to go to the coffee shop down the road. I pat my pockets, shit. I jump out of the car and make a mad dash to the house, fumbling with the keys to unlock the door. I sprint up the stairs and grab my wallet from the round table in the room. I sprint back down the stairs and out the door, I lock the door and zoom back to my open car door and get in. That is probably as exciting as this day is gonna get for me other then for when Stan gets to my house. Once I catch my breath I check my rear view mirror.

I pull out onto the street and start heading for the coffee shop. The car is way to quiet so I turn on the radio on low so I can just have some background noise going on. As I'm at a stop light I see all kinds of people doing things around the block. Some already fit girl is jogging down the sidewalk, there's a sweet old lady walking her two dogs who just look happy to be outside. There's some guy with a muscle shirt on with sunglasses standing at the corner waiting for the light to change. Then there's a couple hanging on each other while walking, all in each others faces which it's way too hot for. *HONK, HONK* Ok ok I'm going mate don't get your underpants in a bunch! I guess I wasn't paying attention when the light turned green but geez cut me some slack it happens to everyone.
I pull into the coffee shop and hop out of the car once I park. Walking into the coffee shop I feel so out of place. Everyone here looks like they have something to do or has someone that they need to meet with and therefore look important. I ask for a chocolate chip frappe and breakfast sandwich, I feel like such I little kid but I like chocolate so get off my back. "Is that all for you today sir?" The ladies question takes me out of my silly thought's "uh yeah that's it for me today." " is it for here or to go?" I definitely can't stay here and sit at a table alone it'd be so awkward and I forgot my laptop so I won't look important "to go please" "Ok your total for today is $6.36" I dig out my wallet and fish out the cash and hand it to the Lady whose name is on her name tag but I can't pronounce.

I stand there thinking of what I should do after this. I could go on the walking trail near here, oh who am I kidding I'm not gonna do that and its too hot. Maybe I can go to the art museum, no I've been there a billion times now. Maybe I can go to the library and sit there and read a good book and I can- " here you go sir your order of coffee and the breakfast sandwich." I snap out of my thoughts and grab the bag and cup from the lady then thank her and get out of there back to the safety of my car.

I set the cup in the cup holder and the sandwich bag on the seat. Then I put the car in drive and start heading to the library. There is a book I need to catch up on anyways so I will have something productive to there. I get to the library really fast because its right down the street from the coffee shop. I love how close everything is so I'm not driving forever to get to one place. I pull into the parking garage and grab my snack then head towards the elevator. Once I'm on the main level I head to the adults section to find a good table by the window. Thankfully there's one open and I slip right in. I start to chow down on my sandwich which tasted ten times better because I was actually quite hungry. The cheese is perfectly melted and the bacon is nice and crispy the egg tasted freshly cooked and warm the breads perfectly toasted to and - oh I'm sorry am I making you hungry, oops. Anyways I finish up my sandwich which was a really sad moment and I regret not getting two. I decide to go find my book called "our endless numbered days" which so far is a great book ,once I find it I head back to my table. I sit down and flip to the page I left off on and continue to read while every once in a while taking a sip of my drink. This book is so good I didn't look up from it once and ended up finishing it in one sitting. When I finally look up my eyes hurt from staring at the book for so long. The way this book ended has my mind so messed up and I now have a love hate with this book. I take a sip of my drink but sadly its all gone and I just suck up melted ice water. I start to make my way to my car but then I pulled out my phone to check the time and its 1:56. Bloody hell where did the time go! I didn't think that much time had passed I must have been really caught up in that book. I go down the elevator and lightly jog to my car. I hop in and start driving out of the garage and towards the house. Oh god I hope don't miss Stan what of he's early again and I've already missed him. I get to my house in no time and swing into the driveway. I look over and see Stan slipping my mail into my box 2 o'clock on the dot.

I turn the car off and jump out speed walking to him. " oh Mr. Styles... I mean Louis I thought you were still inside asleep but look here you are." "Yeah I just thought I should try to get out of the house for a while but I lost track of time." " well I do have to move on to the next street to stay on time but I am glad I got to hear from you today" " you too Stan but did I get a letter from harry"
He just turned and looked at me and smiled then kept walking down the road whistling.

I go to the mailbox and pull out the mail. I go inside and start flipping through the pile. After tossing a bunch of junk mail to the side there it is his letter. I rip it open not wasting anymore time

Dear Lou,
We are on our way to the camp site to set up there so we can scope out this place. By the time this reaches you I'll already be there and probably eating something. I just wanted to tell you that I am Ok and I will be able to send letters once I get settled in. How are you doing? I hope you haven't burned the house down trying to make eggs in the microwave or anything. No I'm just pulling your leg, I love you Louis and I would love to hear back from you so I can know your doing Ok yourself. Well I have to get back to the other soldiers so I'll talk to you later. I'm sorry where I'm going there won't be any service so I can't call but I will keep in touch. Love you lots ~harry

These letters aren't supposed to make me cry but i still do because i miss him so much and i cant wait for him to get home so i can hold onto him for hours. I almost forgot that I could write him back before he said something so I go upstairs and grab a paper and pen sit down at the round table and start the letter
