"Encore! Encore! Encore!" The crowd yells out

"What do you say let's play Mr. Doctor Man?" Remington asks the guys

"I don't see why not let's do it!" Emerson shouts

Remington and I start singing and the crowd starts going crazy. I smile and look at my best friends. These crazy fools are the greatest friends anyone can ask for. I look through the crowd and see Sam smiling at me singing along I smile back and point at him and he just blows me a kiss. The song ends and we all bow with the crowd screaming. We finally walk off stage and down the stairs.

"You did so great out there kiddo!" Sebastian smiles

"Thank you! That means a lot coming from you considering you guys are my favorite band!" I laugh

"Aww damn that's so sweet!" Remington smiles while he gives me a hug

"Hey I don't get a hug?" Sebastian pouts

"Well of course you do!" I exclaim. I hug him and he laughs.

"I'm Scarlet by the way but everyone calls me Scar" I say to both Remington and Sebastian

"Oh yea I heard your friends screaming out" Remington chuckles. Just then I felt a pair of arms grab me and spin me around.

"You were great pretty flower!" Emerson exclaims

"Thank you! You scared me for a bit there" I giggle

"Sorry I.." Emerson says but gets stopped by my friends screaming my name.

"Scar!! You were so good!" They all yell

"Thanks guys!" I yell back.

"Hey guys these are my crazy but lovable best friends Arabella, Lila, and Mia" I say pointing to them

"Oh I know Lila she's the reason why we did the show she knew we were on the high school nation tour so she managed to get us booked at your school." Sebastian says

"Shit really Lila? This was my surprise! I can't ever thank you enough!" I exclaim hugging her

"Don't worry about it flower child you've been down lately I thought this would cheer you up" she smiles

"It definitely did! I got to meet my favorite band and perform with them!!" I shout

"Hey you guys we have to go to our merch table but you are more than welcome to come with us if you'd like" Remington comments

"Yea we're in lunch right now why not" Mia smiles while nudging her elbow towards me causing me to blush. I know exactly what she's referring to. They all know that I have a big crush on Emerson so they are taking the advantage that we're all here. We all start walking towards the tent where they had their merch set up and I see  a lot of kids in a line just waiting to meet the band. I see people who have told me they don't like them in line to meet them which I find very hypocritical to do but the only thing I can do is just shake my head. Arabella, Mia, Lila, and I were all in the front while the guys were right behind and as we got closer everyone turned and starting to clap and scream. I looked at my friends and just laughed. We finally stood behind the table and the guys started to take pictures with everyone while my friends and I stood in the back laughing and joking around. Then suddenly I heard someone call my name.

"Hey Scarlet can I take a picture with you and the band?" a random girl whom I've never met asks

"Uh yea sure" I respond as I set my bag down on the ground. We take the picture and more and more people started asking to take pictures with me. People who I would see in the hallways going to class and never talk to, asked to take pictures with me. I found it kind of odd but I guess that's what happens for singing with the band.

"Oh look at Scar already gaining fans and becoming famous!" Arabella giggles

"oh shush you!" I mock while laughing. As I took more pictures I started getting sweaty.

"Hey Lila throw me my water bottle its in my bag please"

"Sure thing flower child" She says and throws me my water. I catch it and take a drink when I hear a very familiar voice.

"Hey can I talk to you?" I turn to see Damon scratching the back of his head.

"What is it Damon" I say annoyingly

"Hey I know we broke up two years ago but I really want to work things out between us I was hoping you could give me a second chance" He mumbles as we walk away from everyone and the table.

"Look Damon I really loved you I'm not going to deny it but there is just so much I could take. You hurt me bad. Any chance you could take you would emotionally hurt me you would say things that you knew would hit me hard and you would say it anyway. You controlled me as if I was your toy and not an actual human being. You wouldn't let me live or go out with my friends and not only that you were cheating on me with Britney knowing damn well she had a boyfriend as well."

"I've changed you have to believe me Scar I promise I'll treat you like you deserve to be treated. I can make it up to you! Anything you want I can do for you! I still love you Scarlet." Damon shouts. I stand there shocked I don't know how to respond my head is spinning with thoughts and before I can speak I hear Sam say.

"No Damon you lost your chance with Scar. You knew how much she loved you and you hurt her you broke her heart. What makes you think that you can waltz back into her life just because she is starting to do what she loves and is getting recognized for the wonderful talent she has. No Damon."

"I still love her and she can stand up for herself Sam stay out of this. So how bout it Scar give me a second chance please?" Damon pleads

"No Damon"  Sam reapeats

"I was talking to Scarlet you twat" Damon growls

"N nn" I stutter

"Scar let me take you to prom and you can make up your mind then please?" Damon pleads

"No" I say

"What the hell do you mean no! Scarlet you are nothing without me come on we're leaving!" Damon shouts as he pulls my arm towards him.

"Damon NO I said No!" I shout back trying to get away from him.

"She said NO Damon let her go!" Sam says angrily as he tries to help me get away from Damon

"Don't touch her you idiot pretty flower said no she doesn't want you man accept it." Emerson says walking towards Damon

"And who the hell are you to talk to me like that dude what are you her boyfriend to be calling her names like that?!" Damon argues

"Well damn I just may be her boyfriend or I may not be that's none of your business kid she said no" Emerson growls

"Damon I said no okay now let me the hell go!" I finally yell. I manage to elbow his side and he finally lets go.

"Oww shit fine but you will always be mine remember that" Damon mutters as he leaves. I rub my arm where his hand tightly held me and walk back to the merch table with Sam and Emerson alongside me.

"You okay flower child?" Sam quietly asks.

"Yea I'm fine thanks for standing up for me. You too Emerson without you guys he would have probably made me feel bad and go with him"

"Don't worry pretty flower that I'll make sure that dip shit stays as far away from you as possible" Emerson smiles as he puts his arm around my shoulders.

"Man I sure hope so" I mumble
