The golden rose high

Olivia's POV

I walked in through the entry doors and was welcomed by the principle of the school "hello!you must be Olivia Morris. Welcome to the golden rose high. I'll lead you to your first class since it's already started and assign you with someone to help you around the school" he said with a cheerful smile.

He's a bit too excited,but i guess it's all due to my parent's reputation (my dad is a CEO of a business company and my mum is a famous journalist). "Thank you for your efforts Mr.jhonson" I said as I followed him to my classroom.

"Wait here" Mr.jhonson said and walked in the classroom. I could hear some of what he said..."please be welcoming of this transfer student" was mostly what I heard.

"Olivia,come in" he shouted to me so I went in and stood at the front waiting to be assigned on where to sit. I was looking at the floor,but I could feel all of their eyes on me and all of their whispers. "Please Olivia go and take a seat. You'll be sitting next to the window at the back. And I'm miss.Valentine by the way" she said as she pointed to my seat. "Thank you" I said as I headed to my perfectly chosen seat.

I liked this seat. Far away from everyone.

I took my seat and looks like it was an English class. "Please open your books to page 20 and we'll start popcorn reading!" The red headed teacher said happily as everyone groaned in annoyance. "Miss.valentine I don't have a book" I said. "Oh dear how could I forget to bring a copy. I'm sorry but could you share with Lucas until I get one for you next time" she said apologetically as she looked and nodded at the boy sitting next to me.

Short muffled dark brown hair with (ocean like?)blue eyes. He connected his desk to mine and put the book in the middle. "Thank you" I said quietly. "It's cool" he said with his deep calm voice.

The bell rang as we heard the principle through the Microphones "can miss.Olivia Morris and Lucas Williams come to my office immediately" I just followed Lucas as I hear the others whisper about us "eew what's up with her eye" someone said. "And here it starts all again" I though to myself as I sighed and covered my left eye again.

"From now on Lucas shall be your assistant for this whole month to get you used to this school" the principle said "why me??" Lucas said in a lazy tone " because you're so popular everyone knows and loves you. You'll get on just great!!"the principle said.

After a few silent minutes Lucas gave in "hhh okay fine" he said as he looked at me and ruffled his hair. "Thank you" I said in a stern voice. "Let's get going shall we?" He said as he opened the door. "Have fun you two" the principle said while waving to us.
