Olivia's POV

Lately my dream is developing from just darkness to some noises in the dark too..it sounds like a fire or something but idk

My eye is also becoming worse. The colour is fading away and there are some kind of marks on the side of my eye that I can't really make out. Idk know what to do.

Thankfully,today is Saturday so I didn't need to go to school and have time to see what I can do. I went downstairs and to my surprise my parents are still here,"don't you have work today?" And I caught there attention. They seemed to be discussing something important

"Ohh no darling we....have a night shift today and thought it'll be nice to have a family day out or something..?" She nudged dad and he spoke"yeah of course honey,we only have one girl after all" he smiles at me. "Why don't you go upstairs and get ready. We'll go out and have dinner together" she shood me with her hands.

Weird. They're being really weird. I wanted to ask them about my eye but I guess I'll ask some other time. I went upstairs and went in the shower and got ready for our 'family day out' we stopped doing that ever since i was 13. Weird,I kept saying that in my head as I got ready and headed downstairs.

"Im ready!" I shouted while coming downstairs to see my parents all dressed up."you look beautiful love" my mum said with teary eyes. "Your all grown up" my dad added. I don't understand.

"Where are we going?" I asked while we drove in my dad's silver Audi."to our favourite place" he looked at me through the mirror. Oh. We're going to one of those posh restaurants we always went to with Italian food ; I love that place.

We got there and were leaded in by the waiter to our usual table. That's weird. Did they reserve it? We took a seat and I asked them straight away "did you guys plan this?" They looked at each other and nodded a yes. "What's the special occasion?" I asked "nothing much. Just wanted to spend more time with our daughter" my mum said and they both took my hands in theirs. Weird.

I ordered my favourite;white pasta with ravioli and my mum and dad ordered stakes with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes. I ate my meal wholeheartedly and thought gosh I missed this place so much. Once we finished we decided to get some dessert which was weird cuz they never eat dessert.

I ordered a tiramisu with vanilla ice-cream and my parents ordered simple yoghurt. I enjoyed this day so much. We haven't spent this much time in so long and it feels good once in a while. As we drove back my mum asked me about my eye,"how's your eye doing darling?" Oh yeah,my eye"it's kinda getting worse idk why or what to do with it" I said as I fiddled with my hair a little. "Oh that's okay. It'll get better soon." Why did she sound so..confident..? "Umm yeah hopefully" I simply said

We arrived hope and I decided to call it a night and as I was going upstairs I called to them "thanks for tonight. I love you guys. I really enjoyed it" I said with a bright smile while they stared at me happily and looked at each other and said" we're glad" almost in sync.

Weird. Today was really weird
