Olivia's POV

"Ughhhhh" I groans loudly as I was looking for  that annoying noise and make it stop! "The same dr am again..huh?" Lately I've been having the same dream again and again..I don't understand why...I was pulled out of my thoughts by a text from my phone;I looked at it and it was from Lucas

Lucas: "morning sleepy head! Ready for a day full of adventure?"

I replied "yeah sure..adventure why not?"
I mean who would ever call getting to know school an 'adventure' come on be realistic xD

Lucas: " not very enthusiastic are you? Well,be ready by 8 I'll be in front of the school gates waiting. Don't be late!"

So demanding uh "yeah sure okay. See ya"
"Time to get ready then" I said to myself

After I was all done and ready,I made sure that my hair was covering my eye...it's been getting worse lately i don't know what it means or what to do about it...

I rush out of the house without any breakfast "Olivia?" My mum says as she just woke up. I was so close to leaving! Dammit! "Yeah?" I turn around to her"you're up early" well duh " I'm meeting a friend to get a better look of the school" I say in a hurry " what about breakfast?" She says "I'll pass" and I grab my keys and leave. Hhh I sigh. Talking  to my parents always felt so tiring for some reason. It's like they don't even know me....I don't even know who I inherited this eye from..non of them has the same eyes as me...

I arrive at the school gates at 8:30 whoops I'm late. I look up to see Lucas waiting in front of the school gates. I take a deep breath before I get out of the car and head towards him. "Someone's late" he says with his arms crossed "I'm sorry" I shrug. His eyes are the most beautiful thing I saw. It's such a beautiful blue with a hint of a different colour ,I can't even describe. "Shall we?" He points towards the school "we shall" I say

The school isn't half bad and I've got to know Lucas more too. He's an only son and is obviously rich apparently but he wouldn't talk about his parents or their jobs (weird). His hobby is to spend his Sunday's lazing at home watching movies(not so weird). He seems like a nice person I guess. I made sure I didn't talk too much about myself and only gave him one word answers.

"So,I guess I'll see you around..?" He says while rubbing the back of his neck. "Yeah,sure" and I was then left alone.

Lessons were okay. Lucas is in my English,science and apparently PE class(starting soon). I hate doing physical education,not because I hate sports no I actually like sports (especially basketball if I may say) but I hate the part of needing to tie my hair up. It means I'll have to wear my eyepatch and I always try my best to avoid wearing it.

Hhh I guess I'll be the new weird kid in town now.

*girls locker room* 

This place is as loud as ever in every school. I start to quickly change;I'm not a fan of showing off my body really.

"Hi,you're Olivia the new transfer student,right?" I turn with my PE top half way down to see this small(more like Petite) girl with short pastel pink hair. Omg she's so cute. "Yeah..?" I say questioning. She's not in any of my classes. "I'm blossom,it's nice to meet you and if it's okay with you I'd like to be friends with you" she says looking at me with admiring eyes(pretty grey eyes) while blushing. Oh waw do you usually ask that?? "Uhh yeahh sure I guess. It's nice to meet you too,blossom"

Tied hair and eyepatch on and we were playing basketball today. Yes!! I could hear the other girls whisper about me but I just shrugged it out. It seems that the boys are joining us today too.

We all got into teams. Thankfully on my side i had blossom and other girls and boys I didn't know. Lucas was on the other team with mostly his friends.

Basketball was always one of my favourite things. Our team ended up losing 20-19,so close dammit! but it was fun. "Hey,I never knew you were THIS good at basketball,especially someone your height(I was 5'4)If it weren't for you we would've crushed your team" Lucas says with interest in his eyes ,"yeah it's just basketball is my thing I guess and you shouldn't go around underestimating the others" I say while catching my breath "we should play together sometime,eyepatch"

oh great. Now I have a nickname from the most popular boy in school. Great. Just great! "Okay" I simply said and walked away to change

"Is it okay if I ask about what happened with your eye" blossom suddenly asks with her cute quite voice. Gosh she's so adorable. She looks just like a doll. "Uhh it's just an accident from before..." I tell her slowly. I mean I never told anyone about my eye. It's just. Ew. "Aw I'm sure you don't look that bad. I mean your other eye is such  a gorgeous green-greyish colour" little did she know. "Umm yeah thanks I guess"and with that our conversation ended. Thank god  

*riiiinnngg*

Yay finally it's the end of the day and I was heading out to my car. "Olivia! Wait!" I turn around to see blossom running towards me and currently out of breath. "What's up..?" I ask. "Umm since we're friends now. Let's exchange phone numbers " she says while smiling. "Oh yeah sure of course" we exchange numbers and went our separate ways.

Waw I never knew anyone would actually ASK to be my friend. I don't think she'll stay my friend when she sees my eye and knows more about it. Hhhhh. I guess it's okay to have some friends from time to time.

"I'm home!" I shout and my mom comes and greets me with a kiss "you look happy. did something good happen at school today?" She asks with a genuine smile. "Yeah. I made a new friend today" "that's great! I told you this move would be good for us!" She says happily. "I guess" I say and head up to my room

Maybe she's  right.

But she wasn't.
