{Ally's POV}
I woke up with the smell of cologne lingering my nose. It smells familiar, but I can't quite figure it out. I have a aching headache for some reason. I finally realize what had happened.
~FLASHBACK~

I have been crying in my bed for the last 4 hours. I don't know why I had to develop feelings for my bestfriend. Why him. Why can't it be someone else. Will I ever move on. I have too many questions circling in my mind right now.Oh well, just sitting here and crying is doing ok for me right now. I hear my door open, so I quickly wipe away my tears.
"Hey sweetie," my mom comforts.
"Hey Mom," I smile.
"How have you been?"
"I'm doing ok..."
"I know about Alex,"she responds which surprises me.
"How?!?" I yell.
"Calm down. Alex told his mom the whole situation and she called me right away to see how you were doing."
"What did you tell her?"
"I told her you had been crying here for the last 4 hours," she bit her lip.
"Why did you tell her that?!? What if she tells Alex," I say as I start walking around the room nervously.
"Actually, he's coming over right now."
Next thing I know, I am on the floor seeing nothing but black.

"Ally? Are you up?" I hear Alex say.
"Um...yeah,but it doesn't mean I want to talk to you," I roll my eyes making my head hurt even more.
"I just wanted to see how you were doing. My mom told me what has happened to you," he tells me looking at the ground.
"Well, i'm fine. If you could just leave me alone now," I respond with a attitude.
"I want to know what's going on," he says,anger starting to fill his voice.
"Ok. First of all, you're the one who just threw our friendship away. And second, I have been crying because of it," I say coldly.
"I'm really sorry Ally."
"Whatever," I respond,ignoring him.
I turn to walk away,but feel a hand grab my wrist and pull me back. I look to see Alex looking sad and and concern in his eyes.
How am I suppose to forgive him after him just throwing our friendship away?I think.
"Just give me a couple minutes to explain," he begs with pleading eyes.
"Fine," I mumble.
"Thank you so much," he smiles gratefully.
"Ok. The reason I threw our friendship away was because I like someone and didn't want to hurt you by it."
"Who said I would be hurt by it," I defend.
"Ally,admit it. I see the way you look at me and I honestly wish I could feel the same way, but I can't right now," he says clearly angry.
He likes someone else? I wonder who it is. I get pushed out of my thoughts when Alex starts speaking again.
"Ally,please don't be sad about this. You don't deserve anyone like me anyway," he continues looking at the ground.
"I need time to myself. Please leave," I say choking back the tears threatening to spill out.
He tries to grab me but I pull away.
"Ally-" he tries to finish but I cut him off.
"Alex,now."
"Let me at least tell you who it is," he says obviously ignoring what I said.
"You hurt me enough. Why would I want to know more."
"It's um-," I cut him off again.
"I said don't tell me!" I yell tears running down my face.
"It's you for gods sake Ally! I tried to hide my feelings knowing it would make our friendship awkward and I kinda used Amber to cover it up."
"What?" I ask confused at what he just said.
"I'm in love with you Ally," he says blushing towards the ground.
His face looked tired, like he was staying up a lot. He had bags under his eyes, and you could tell. He looked like he was going to collapse on the floor any second.
"Alex-" I was cut off when I felt his lips press against mine. I started to have doubts but I felt a smile tugging at my lips.
My best friend loves me back.

HEY GUYS! I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while but here is chapter 6. It's not that good, but I'm still trying to gather thoughts on how I should continue this story.
