{Ally's POV}
I suddenly get a knock at my door. Who could be knocking at 1:00 in the morning. I decide to go see who it is. I open the door to Alex.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"I need to talk to you," he says desperately.
"About?" I ask.
"Please,just let me in," he pleads.
"Ok," I respond as he barges himself in.
I assist him to the couch as he rubs his palms nervously.
"What is it Alex?" I ask wondering what is going on.
"I broke up with Amber," he says quickly.
"Why?" I ask.
"She's a stuck up bitch and I can't believe I just realized that," he sighs. "I can't believe I put you through that even though it was a short amount of time," he tells me sincerely.
"Good thing you realized, and is there anyone else you're interested in?" I question hoping it was a no.
"Actually, yes," he smiles at the thought.
"Who?" I ask sadly.
"Not telling," he states simply.
"Come onnnnn," I whine.
"I will tell you soon, let's get to bed for now," he says as I look over at the clock.
The clock says 4:00am.
"Omg! We have school tomorrow, looks like I'm staying home," I say as I cuddle into my best friend's arms.
"Same," he responds wrapping his arms around me.
We lay there quietly before I find myself drifting off into a deep sleep.
