{Ally's POV}
I was devastated when I saw what was in front of my eyes. I felt tears start to dwell in the corners of my eyes, but quickly wiped them away. I was gonna be strong because he wasn't "mine". The fact that I see him kissing Amber right now breaks my heart, but I don't want him to know. I mean I do, but he will never like some geek like me.
"Obviously," I mumble to myself.
I get out of the car and head towards their way with a smile.
Amber flashes me a evil grin, and I ignore it.
"Uh,hey Allyson," he says.
He never calls me by my first name.
"Hi, I'll just walk by myself. No big deal," I say with no emotion.
Amber smiles happily and kisses Alex. In front of me. On purpose. I just walk away.

It's lunch now, and I usually sit with Alex. Not today. Amber has already filled in my spot, but I walk over to the table with Alex and his friends anyway.
"Hey," I say shyly.
"Uh, yea, about that-" I cut him off.
"It's fine. Talk to ya later," I say flashing a fake smile.
I head over to an empty table where no one usually sits. I sit down, but I see Ambers "squad" slowly start to head towards me. They stop in front of my table.
"Shit," I curse under my breath.
I only curse when I'm really annoyed.
"Leave Alex alone. Forever. He doesn't like you and never did," the first one says.
I feel tears start to dwell up.
"Is Ally cat gonna cry?" I hear one of them laugh.
Suddenly, I feel my anger start to dwell up. I punch the girl who made the first comment, and she begins crying on the floor. I can see Alex rushing over in a hurry.
"What did you do Allyson?" He says with anger.
How could he get mad at ME for sticking up for myself? Oh right, AMBER.
"I just stood up for myself," I say boldly.
"By hitting my girlfriend's friend?" he says, which hurts a lot.
"I'm sorry that I, your "BESTFRIEND," don't mean as much to you as your cheerleader girlfriend," I say with enthusiasm, adding in a bit of laughter .
I laugh at the comment I just made. He doesn't answer me. That's when I see HER come over.
"Babe, don't be mad at Allyson. She was just sticking up for herself," she states with another evil grin on her face.
I couldn't take it anymore. Instead of having to deal with Alex again, I ran out of the lunch room.

It's 6 right now (pm) and I hear a sudden knock on my door.
"Coming!" I yell as I run to the door.
When I open the door, I see the face I least want to see right now.
"Hello, can I help you?" I ask rudely.
He frowns. "Can I talk to you?" He says with hope in his voice.
" I don't really want to talk to you right now," I say, tears dwelling in my eyes once again.
"I know, but I want to apologize. Amber was right, I shouldn't be mad at you for you defending yourself," he says with his head lowered. "And I'm sorry for not telling you she was my girlfriend," he mumbles.
"Thanks for the apology," I say.
"That's it?" he asks.
"What else do I say when I know it's her before me," I say with anger in my voice.
"Allyson-" I cut him off.
"See, calling me Allyson. You never call me that! If you're not gonna go back to your normal self, then you shouldn't have befriended me in the first place!" I scream with anger and hurt in my voice.
I sob as I feel arms wrap around me.
"I'm so sorry Ally cat," he says softly.
"It's fine," I respond, still sobbing.
"Forgive me?" he asks.
"Sure," I mumble.
We both laugh as I push out of his arms.
"Well is it ok if I go out with Amber tonight?"
"Go," I simply state, smiling.
"Thanks Ally cat. I love you!" he yells heading out the door.
I knew he didn't mean it in that way, but I still felt the happiest when he said that.

End of Chapter 2! Sorry I haven't updated soon enough, but I promise to update more frequently. I know the chapter wasn't that exciting, but I also promise to fix that in the future. Also, I know the font is different, but I thought it was better. I think I will go change that now lol. Anyways, ttyl ;P
