"Natsu!" Lucy yelled as she watched her love fall off the cliff and into the ocean extinguishing his flame. As she watched him drown

Lucy fell to her knees cuts and bruises all over her. Blood and tears rolling down her face.

Juvia and Gray used there unison attack to finish off the enemy but the damage was already done.

"It's my fault! If I was stronger he wouldn't have to fight for me!" Lucy cried.

"Lucy it's not your fault, the enemy was to strong for Natsu to handle its not your fault." Erza said trying to comfort her crying friend.

"Lucy we have to get back to the guild." Gray said

"No. I'm staying here." Lucy said.

"Lucy this cliff is gonna crumble! We need to leave!" Wendy said

"I'm not leaving go without me."

The cliff began to crumble and fall everyone ran to the base and Happy saved the falling Lucy.

"If you die that won't make Natsu's death any better for the rest of us...I'm not losing 2 comrades in the same day." Erza said.

The group walked back to the guild and for the next 3 weeks Lucy didn't leave her house, the only person to keep her company was Loke.

"Come on Luce stop sitting around." Loke said trying to pull Lucy to her feet.

"Don't call me that." She said with tears welling up in her eyes.

"What? Luce?"

"I said don't call me that!"

"Why?"

"Only Natsu calls me that..."

After 2 months of barely leaving the house Lucy finally started to feel better. She even started dating Loke.

-4 years later

-Natsu

I miss Luce, I know where she is but I know I can't show my face in Fairy Tail after the shame I brought to them with my death I can't bare to see everyone, I went to the market the other day and I saw Happy and Lucy I wanted to talk to them but I kept myself hidden when I saw Loke holding hands with Lucy, I really can't come back now.

Natsu wrote in is journal, he was still alive he had drowned that is correct but somehow he washed up on shore and Lector and Sting saved him. He asked that they keep it a secret so he could surprise everyone. But on his way to the guild he saw Loke and Lucy and knew he couldn't come back.

Natsu couldn't stand the fact the girl he loved was dating a man whore like Loke.

*knock knock*

Natsu carefully opened the door the see Sting.

"What are you doing here?" He asked

"I wanted to give you this."

Magnolia wedding chapel

"Thank you Sting." Sting left and Natsu could feel hot tears running down his face burning with anger.

"July 7th is 2 days away...I'm breaking up the wedding."

Natsu had cleaned his suit and had everything ready.

-July 7th 4:00

-Lucy

Lucy stood at the alter with Loke.

"Do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife." The pastor asked

"I do." Loke replied

"And do you take this Man to be-" the pastor was cut off.

The door creaked open to reveal a hooded figure.

"I'm sorry this is a private wedding." Erza said standing up.

"Oh sorry I thought the whole guild was invited." The figure replied

"T-that v-voice it can't be?!" Lucy said

"Hey Luce." The figure removed there hood.

"N-Natsu!" Lucy ran into his arms hugging him.

"I guess you did miss me." Natsu said

"Of course Natsu I love you!"

And those 3 words shocked everyone in the chapel.

"I love you to Luce."

"Well your already in a chapel just get married then!" Cana said

"No way! Lucy's mine!" Loke yelled

"Not anymore." Lucy removed her engagement ring and tossed it on the ground.

"Do you take him to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Mira asked

"I do."

"And do you take her to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Gray asked

"I do."

"I pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride!" Levy yelled

And so Natsu kissed Lucy. And now there love was official.
