Day 1: the beginning.
Natsu walked into the guild and met Lucy with a smile like always.
"Hey Luce!"
"Hey Natsu."
Natsu came and sat down next to Lucy, Erza and Gray.
At the table over Gajeel and Levy were watching Natsu.
"Did it happen yet?" Levy asked
"No but we should warn everyone before it does." Gajeel replied
Gajeel had already explained mating season to Levy, but they still had to explain it to the rest of the guild.
"Lucy let's go on a job!" Natsu aid running past Gajeels table holding a flyer.
"We have to tell them now." Levy said
"I know. Go get Lucy I'll gather everyone else." Gajeel said
Levy walked over to Lucy and whispered in her ear.
"Lucy I need to talk to you."
"Ok, Natsu wait outside I'll be right back."
"Ok!" Natsu yelled running out the door with Happy.
Gajeel gathered everyone in the center of the room.
"We have to talk about Natsu." Gajeel said
"Why?" Lucy asked
"He's about to go through mating season which means he won't be able to control his hormones, which also means we are gonna have to put him on lock down. But first we need to find out which girl he's going to choose as a mate so we can keep her away from him."
"It's obviously gonna be Lucy." Mira said
"I don't know, wasn't Lisanna his childhood friend." Cana said
"Yes but it's clear Natsu cares about Lucy." Alzack added.
"No, no Natsu and I are only partners you should be protecting Lisanna." Lucy convinced.
Everyone agreed to protect Lisanna and Lucy left on her job. For the whole job Natsu had been staring at Lucy.
When they returned Gajeel had picked Natsu up and carried him to the infirmary.
He strapped him to the bed.
"Gajeel what are you doing!" Natsu yelled
"We have to keep you here till mating season is over."
Day 2: anger
Natsu yelled and screamed shaking the building and scaring everyone. They were allowed to come see him but it was no use he said he only wanted to see one person.
Eventually Elfman walked upstairs with Lisanna and opened the door.
Natsu screamed again before Lisanna walked over to him.
"Hi Natsu." Lisanna said
"Go away."
Lisanna tried talking again but Natsu ignored her.
Lucy walked in as Lisanna ran out.
Natsu stopped screaming and actually talked to her. Until one of the straps snapped on the bed. Natsu sat up and tried to jump and grab Lucy.
Lucy ran downstairs but Natsu grabbed her before she could leave.
"Natsu what are you doing!" Erza yelled.
Everyone tried to get him off Lucy but instead Natsu created a wall of fire around them.
"I finally have my mate."
"W-what about Lisanna?"
"Who said anything about Lisanna?" Natsu said
"Isn't she the one you love?"
"No."
Lucy was half shocked the whole guild and herself was wrong but at the same time she was kinda happy Lucy had liked Natsu for a really long time and now she knows he likes her to.
