Forgiveness

I woke up in a sweat that same night, I remembered the dream completely, it was a tri-wizard game everyone was in the maze trying to find something, Cedric went in and he never came back out, well not alive at least. I slipped on my shoes and jumper and slowly trudged down to the common room taking a seat in front of the fire. I stared into the burning coal in silence until i heard someone walking down the stairs behind me,
"Ashley?" I heard Draco say softly taking a seat beside me,his long muscly arms wrapped around my thin waist pulling me closer towards him, i nuzzled my head into his shoulder sighing Draco softly brushed my hair behind my ear and kissed my forehead, i fell asleep to the soft hum of the lights flickering in the dim room.
Draco woke early that morning ushering me to my room to get changed, i threw on a knitted jersey i brought one year, jeans and combat boots slipping my ring on as well, i threw my hair up into a little bun and walked down stairs to be greeted by Draco wearing black pants and a blue coat and of course some dress shoes.
We made our way to the stadium were the first competition was being held the halls crowded with other students, i almost fell when Pansy knocked past my shoulder only making Draco flip out me having to hold him back this time. We finally got to the stadium and took our seats Crabbe and Goyle sat in front of us Elizabeth next to me. Nothing much happened with the dragons and it was pretty boring if i do say so myself, i was whispering to Draco about how tired and boring this was when i heard someone cough beside me i turned to see Vanessa i quickly snapped,
"What do you want?" She backed up a little but then said,
"I wanted to apologise, for everything I'm so sorry Ashley, i really am, you were right about Pansy shes a cow she even wants to steal Draco from you! I begged her not to trip you but she didn't listen, please forgive me?" She said tearing up a little, i stood up wrapping my arms around her crying into her shoulder her crying into mine,
"I forgive you."
It was the last persons go, Harrys go. It was filled with gasps and then cheering when he finally won. I tried to find him afterwards but when i finally found him he stop to look at me then Draco scoffed then turned away.
He was never going to forgive me, i knew that now.
I went to find Cedric though i didn't find him anyway, i was worried about him after my dream last night.
