I get asked to the ball by who?

It was a few day until the Yule Ball i was with Ginny,Harry and Ron (who somehow trusts me to be my friend?) in the library when a boy with brown hair comes up to me and sits next to me, Harry and Ron greet him saying hey mate he looks at me and i say
"Hi?" But it comes out as more of a question,
"You're Ashley right? Im Jason, I'm in Gryffindor," he said although i could tell he was in Gryffindor by his robes he continued,
"So um-" he rubbed the back of his neck, i swear if he's asking-
"Um, so yeah, would you like to come to the Yule ball with me?"
"Yeah sure," i said smiling i cant believe this, I'm going to the ball with a Gryffindor oh no.
-night of the ball-
I put on my blue dress followed with white heels, a pair of pearl earings and got my purse, i walked down the stairs leading to the entrance of the room Jason standing at the bottom, he looked up at me and smiled i returned it. He grabbed my hand and we walk into the ball, a short while passed and i was sitting on the chairs with Ginny both of us whining about how boring this was including Neville, my date had forgot about me to go talk to one of his friend, i looked up at the people dancing trying to see if i could find Luna, i didn't spot luna instead i spotted Draco with— Pansy, i couldn't hold it in tears started streaming down my face and i ran out of the room into the bathroom. Moaning myrtle was in there, we were now all to common with me running into the bathroom crying so she didn't both to ask what was wrong she already knew it was Draco with Pansy again,
I was sitting on the floor crying moaning myrtle trying to ask me to stop, when someone came running it , i looked up to see Draco yay just the person i wanted to see tonight not! I glared up at him,
"Piss off Draco," i snapped he looked taken back by this and stepped back,
"Why are you so angry Ashley?" He said how could he be so stupid
"I said piss off," i said now yelling, he kept asking until someone else came in behind him, god damn it Pansy, she obviously didn't notice i was there and asked Draco what he was doing then began kissing him i was furious i stood up pointed my wand at Draco and shouted,
"OPPUGNO!" A flock of birds went threw the air like arrows and almost hit Draco, he looked at me shocked then left the bathroom with Pansy following. To be honest i was shocked too, i was hoping Draco wouldn't tell Nacrissa or Lucius about this.
No one else came into the bathroom that night so i stayed there for a while until i finally got up and headed for the dorms. I said the password to the painting door and walked into the common room, Vanessa and Blaise were on the sofa obviously about to makeout, i rolled my eyes, speaking of Vanessa i hadn't talked to her in a while well she hadn't talked to me i guess it was because i was hanging out with Gryffindors like Harry. I went up to my room and went to sleep.
I guess i over slept the next day because when i woke there was no one else in the dorm room, i decided against going to class and stayed in bed all day.
The next day i ended up waking up too early it was still dark out the sun only just rising slightly, so i got dressed and headed down to the common room to get some studying done. I heard someone coming down the stairs so i turned around to see Elizbeth, she glared at me so i rolled me eyes, she sat on the sofa silently until she finally said,
"I don't hate you,"
"Oh really? It really seemed like you did when you glared at me,"
"Ok whatever, just to let you know Pansy and Draco aren't together and Draco transferred into your potions class," she said getting up and leaving. Great, an hour with Draco, just my luck, the sun was up and people were slowly getting up so i went to the great hall to have some breakfast. Not much people were there yet only me and a few 1st years, i finished breakfast and headed for potions. Potions wasn't that bad, i sat with Hermione rather then Draco,who was seated at the very back me and Hermione in the second row, when potions finally finished i walked out of the class room as quickly as possibly to get away from Draco but just my luck it didn't work, i was down the hall way when Draco called my name i didn't turned around until he pulled my hand back so i turned around and looked at him coldly, he looked sad and his eyes were puffy,
"Im sorry," he chocked out,
"I don't care, you weren't sorry when you forgot about me for Pansy were you?" I snapped,
"I didn't have a choice, mother made me ask her," he said quietly, i looked into his eyes to try and see if he was lying god damnit he wasn't i replied with a short ok and turned back around but he said to my back,
"So do you forgive me?"
"Yes Draco hurry up," i said smiling he ran up beside me and grabbed hold of my hand,
"I love you" he said
"I love you too."

THEY ARE BACK YES OMFG i was gonna make their break up so much longer but screw it, don't forget Jason he will be back and it wont be good *hint hint*
