[花吐き病] 5

"Are you the guardian of this patient?"

I heard a man's voice, my head was still hurting, did I passed out?

"Yes I am..."

Where am I? Am I at the hospital?

"Can you go with me outside, so Misaki-san rest?"

How did I end up here? My eyes was still closed and I heard the door slammed. That's the time when I opened my eyes.

Sofas, a closet, and a small television, and also I can smell the hospital air. Gross.. But what happend? My head is still in pain, but I am perfectly fine...

I stood up from the bed to examine the room. I went to the window and it was night, I can see the city lights. How pretty!

The door opened, and I looked back. I saw my brother went in and he saw me looking at the window. "Hey. Go back to bed!" He angrily said.

I raised my right eyebrow "Why? I feel okay and strong right now." He groaned and that's the time I need to follow him. He's kinda scary when he do this...

"Alright bro, chill..." I went back to bed, again then sat down. Why is he angry by the way? Did he saw me on the ground when I passed out? Naah, that's impossible, he was on his cram school. Silence took over our room, should I ask? I really hate quiet place..

"Hey, Haruka. Did you brought me here?" He was looking at me with his serious eyes. Gosh-

"Why would I be mad if I brought you here to the hospital!"

I sighed "Jeez, just say yes or no! No need to explain you cockroach." I rolled my eyes.

"No..." Huh? Then who's that...

"Who's that? Who brought me here?" I asked once more, it could be a stranger, or maybe a thief- Wait why would I say that.

"I don't know. Stop asking, mama will be here by 10 minutes."

I nodded "Okay." I looked at the window again. I wonder who brought me here. Ahh! Stop thinking about the creepy ones.

Silence filled the room again, minutes later someone opened the door and that happens to be mama. Haruka stood up and let mama sat down on where he sat before. I looked at mama, she seems worried about me, I should ask her what happened to me earlier...

"Mama, what happened to me? Why did I faint?" I ask her, and she sighed deeply. 

Mama shook her head and smiled "Nothing. It's gonna be alright Hanako..." What's with that?  I said to myself. What did she mean about that? Is something wrong about me?

"Mama... Please, I should know, why did I faint earlier?" 

She again shook her head "No, it's okay. You're alright..." 

"Mama!-" 

Haruka speak to cut my words "Hanako, she said you're alright! stop repeating what mama told  you." what the hell?

"Fine..." I remained silent after Haruka scolded me. Mama gave signal to Haruka to go outside the room. The both of them went out and not telling me what's going on. Wow-

Minutes later, I heard Haruka shouted. Huh? I told myself that there's something wrong... Please Mama, tell me what's going on inside my body...

The next morning, we got discharged from the hospital. I heard from the doctor that I need to go back to the hospital if I feel something weird and uncomfortable. I won't worry about that since mama doesn't tell me what's going on. Mama brought us home and made us change to our uniforms again.

I took a shower and wear my uniform, after that I came down to eat breakfast.  Silence filled the room, I don't know why it's awkward but... Alright, I won't make a sound.

After I eat my breakfast, I kissed mama's cheek and whispered that I am going out. 

"You're not going with your brother?" Mama said, and I shook my head. 

"I'll be okay! Goodbye!" 

I went outside our house and closed our gate. I know it's still early but, hey it's better late than never! I slowly walked down the streets while I passed some neighborhoods walking with their pets and children. So cute!

While walking, someone bumped me. "Ah!" The guy was running and didn't noticed that he bumped a girl. I was about to burst but then I remembered it's morning, I shouldn't be like this.  I should be like this when I am in school, not in public. So I just ignored that guy and continued to walk from school. I will remember his bag. His bag is medium-sized and it's color is black, and has a pin, a cyan-color one, got it. I'll kick his butt when I saw that guy again.

Three minutes later, I arrived in front of school and went in. Finally! I did my routine going inside the school. After doing that, I went inside my classroom and found out that it was only me and a student was the first one to attend our class. Early birds...

I quietly sat down to my place and looked at the window, the sun is rising. I love how the sky looks like an ocean because of the clouds that looks like the waves. My hands touched the window and tried to slide it because I want to smell the morning breeze. I sighed deeply and closed my eyes.

Minutes later I feel bored, so I look into my bag for my favorite book. I heard the student or my classmate stand up, I didn't look at him or her because I was busy searching my book. But I heard the door made sounds, maybe he or she went out? "Aha!" Got it.

After finding my book, I, now opened my book to find the bookmark. After turning some few pages I saw the pink bookmark on chapter 42. "Whatta-great start!" Before I read, I stretched my arm in the air and went back to my normal position. I noticed that the bookmark was gone. "Eh?" I started to look under the book and under my chair. "Ugh..."

Since the student and I are here in the room, it was easy to find the small thing. I saw my bookmark near the door. "Why are you here, you were infront of me minutes ago." Weird, I was talking to a bookmark. I nearly grabbed my bookmark until I bumped onto the door. "Ah-" my foreheaf!

"Oh no! I'm sorry!" A guy's voice filled the room. My beautiful forehead! Grr. "Are you oka–"

I stand up "WHY WOULD BE I OKAY? WHEN You bumped a door onto my-" I lowered my voice when I saw his face. He's so handsome...

"Uh, I am sorry Ms...?"

"Mrs. Your last name" I was out of mind, I kept thinking that he looks like an anime character...

He just chuckled "What? You'll be surprised when I told you my last name." Then reality hits me. What?!

I slapped my face Hanako baka! my thoughts said. I bowed infront of him "Sorry!" I quickly grabbed my bookmark on the floor and bowed again. Sometimes I am clumsy, and I really hate this feeling, being embarrassed infront of an angel.

Baka Hanako baka!

I wonder what's his name? And I'm also glad that he's my classmate. New crush!
