Lucille's POV.

I don't know how much more of this crap I can take. I feel like I have the whole world on my shoulders.

I just miss how easy my life use to be but I wouldn't want to go back to it because I have found out what true family means. Not the fake family I grow up with.

Plus what I found out about Eden. I still can wrap my head around.

"Lucille" Seth said while walking into the lounge room. While carrying a bag. I have a feeling that he has something to tell me that he doesn't know how to.

He sat next to while putting his arm around my waist to bring me closer. I couldn't bring it in myself to fight him. I am over the fighting I just want to be happy.

"I have something to tell you kitty and I don't want you to freak out." When I didn't respond he continued. "You parents aren't your real parents they found you in a gutter and chose to raise you so that they wouldn't look bad in front of people."

What! No! This can't be happening! My life is just like one big lie after another! Ahhh when is the lying going to stop?!

"They gave me this to give to you." Seth said while trying to give me a worm smile.

It was a bag and it looked like it has been carted everywhere or that it has been in storage for a long time.

I don't know if I want to know what's in the bag. I mean it could be anything.

My curiosity got the better of me. I couldn't help but rip open the bag.

What was inside I couldn't believe of all things to leave with a baby it had to be a ring but the ring looked special like there was only a few ever made.

It looked like it was something that was past from family member to family member.

There was a symbol in the middle that had a blue moon in it with purple little stones all around it. Plus it had the letter 'L' in the middle of the moon but you wouldn't be able to see it unless you had werewolf eye sight.

I put it on my middle finger and once it was in place it was like a shock of electricity went through my body. It also made me feel stronger. A lot stronger.

"I have seen a ring like that before; I swear that Eden has one almost exactly like that." Seth said that while bringing me out of my thoughts.

Now everything makes since. How the moon goddess warned me that someone is going to walk into my life and they are going to make me realise how important family is.

I need to talk to Eden and I need to talk to him now. I don't know what is going to happen but I need to know the truth.

I hopped up and walked out of the lounge room into the kitchen where I new that Eden would be.

"Eden we need to talk?" I demanded softly.

He turned around to look at me and then his face turned white with a look of horror in his eyes like he has seen a ghost.

"Where did you get the ring?" Eden demanded in a whisper.

"Apparently it was the only thing I had on me when I was found as a baby. Why do you ask?"

"I think that we should make something to eat and sit down I have a feeling that we have a lot to talk about."

I nodded in agreement because I am actually starving. I haven't eaten anything in the last few days.

Eden made toasted sandwiches that I finished in a minute tops. Which I regret because now I have a tummy ache.

"Ok where do I begin I have a feeling that you already know that your the next moon goddess?"

"Yes"

"Well I am your guardian, I put your life before anyone's, I help you make choices."

"So I am guessing that your my guardian even in the after life when I become the moon goddess?"

"Yes I am and we have heaps of training to do and I need you to go to bed because training starts tomorrow. Four am!"

Is he kidding me! It's like midnight and he expects me to get up in four hours! He must really want to see my temper.

"Fine but just so you know you don't know what you have gotten yourself into." I couldn't help but smirk when I saw the colour once again drain form his face.
