I dress how you say,
do as you say,
say as you say,
be as you be.

the strings on
your little puppet
daughter.
I'm your perfect
little puppet,
never disobey
your direct orders.
Fifteen years of obeying,
of being perfect,
of never thinking
for myself.
I finally start
to think for
myself,
rebelling slightly.
It's time this
puppet cut the strings,
its time I
be my own self.
I'm no longer
listening to the
pull of the strings
under your control.
Its time for
my own rebellion
its time for
a puppet rebellion.
I dress how I say,
do as I say,
say as I say,
and be as I be.
