No One's POV
Dani slammed her door then locked it like a bratty teenager. She is 17 for crying out loud how much longer are her sisters gonna treat her like she was a baby.
She was meant to be on a date only reason she was in her room is because Katherine had the bright idea to send him away.
Now, Katherine being a good big sister didn't like that boy Trevor from the start. He was sketchy, and he never really paid attention to Dani like her should of. He was always staring down Lauren. That was part of the reason why Katherine made him leave.
* Flashback *
Dani was getting ready for her date. When Trevor knocked on the door. Lauren excused herself from the rest of her family to go get the door.
Lauren opened the door and let Trevor in. "Hey, Trevor Dani is still getting ready. I'll go tell her you're here"
Before she even had a chance to get one step Trevor stopped her. "What's the rush? I can wait as long as I have you as my company"
He then leaned in for a kiss but came face to face with a smack.
Katherine had came to check on Lauren and saw most of what happen.
"Trevor, I think its about time you'll be leaving" Katherine had told him basically shoving him out the door.
* End Flashback *
Katherine and Lauren tried to tell Dani what happened but she wasn't having it. She knew they were telling the truth and it hurt her that her own boyfriend, well ex-boyfriend wanted her own sister over her.
Soon she was sitting alone crying her eyes out. Why would he do that to her. Her first actual boyfriend broke her heart. She heard light knocks one the door from her sisters but she just wanted to be alone.
Later on that night Katherine who was the one doing most the knocking on Dani's door was still sitting and waiting for Dani to open up. The other had decided to go home and try tomorrow but, not Katherine
She was sitting right outside of Dani's door and she heard a click. She slowly got up and opened the door. She saw a puffy eyes Dani who had been cry her heart out.
Katherine shut the door and Dani look up at her from her bed. "What's wrong with me?"
"Nothing, is wrong with you Dani" Katherine said walking over to Dani skating beside her.
"My boyfriend wanted Lauren over me. Something must be wrong with me" Dani said and the tears came rushing down her face.
Katherine quickly started comforting her youngest sister. She had never seen Dani cry. She had never let her guard down. She refused to cry in front of others. "Dani, Trevor is an idiot for not wanting you. You are the most amazing, beautiful, and smartest young girl I know. And if Trevor can't see that he doesn't deserve you or your tears."
"But, it just hurts so much" Dani said clinging onto Katherine crying her heart out.
"I know, it is" Katherine said and just continued told hold her baby sister.
