The changing point

Looking for Mark

That day, Mark disappeared. I went to his house looking for him and he wasn't there, i looked for him at the company but they said that the last time they saw him was when he took a 3 moths vacation, i went to his house once again. His car was still there but he wasn't, i asked the neighbors and they said that yesterday was a scary one, he went to the rooftop and started yelling on his own, and he said one sentence: " I cared so much about everything and everyone, but what did I get, all my friends are gone, I can't see my family because of their problems, and I just realized that all that went for nothing and I am still haven't found a good opportunity to have a loyal person, a decent job, a lover to spend my life with! But i guess that when you become so good to others you practically loose your life for them. I am going to leave and take care of me for once in my life. Goodbye people and good bay old mark."
And by that he finished his craze and went to his house.
As he left he never came back until now and i started to look for him in social networks and looked everywhere for him, i even tried looking for hhis friends to check if they know anything about him, i met Johan who joined me in the search, so did jeffery, they tried contacting betty but she was busy with her little boy and husband, She apologized for not helping and we told her that it's okay for her she can't just leave her family on it's own.
After 3 months of searching with these two we kinda lost hope until Johan remembered Lily and she thought that he might have been there because he had a crush on her and I was a bit hopeful because he always talked about her and said that he loved her. So we looked for her and we did find her, we went there and told her the whole story. And she said that she might know where we might find him.
In the way, Johan asked Lily : "why are you so sure that he might be there?"
Lily replied:" back in the day when we were in college, he said that he loved me and that was in the abandoned theater where we went after he took me out for the night, but i was too scared of accepting that I thought i might loose him if we went too far with it like it happened before with my last boyfriend. And because i said so he said that he will always wait for me and never quit on me because I am worth waiting for."
Jeffery started rubbing his head because he knew something we didn't and he said :" I promised not to say this but it's critical that it might even lead to his death, but he told me that he will come to your house and propose, and if he couldn't have you, he has no reason to live, but i think he is over reacting and won't reach that limit of craziness."
We all had a bad feeling about this.
