Chapter 16-Character Facts

 Hey guys! SO sorry it's been so long since an update. I haven't completely finished editing the draft for the next chapter, so I'm giving you a little look at the characters to tide you over until my next actual chapter. (I don't want anyone to riot and kill me)

Anyway, I'm going to be answering some of your questions as well as giving you some fun facts on the characters of Shattered Thoughts. SO let's go!

Why do you think Willow and Bucky belong together?

 To me it was always obvious that they were soulmates, though believe it or not when I first started writing I planned to kill Willow's character! I promise that's not going to happen, but it was a possibility in book one. Willow understands Bucky better than anyone else, even Steve. She's seen him at his worst, and loves him regardless. Some of the characters I know wouldn't have wanted anything to do with Bucky after seeing him during some of his episodes. (If you haven't read book one, I suggest you do so.) As much as I absolutely adore Lulu's character, she wouldn't have been able to stand by Bucky while he worked through all of the crap going on in his mind. Willow is always exactly what Bucky needs her to be; whether it's a loving heart, a listening ear, or even just a shoulder to lean on. If he needs someone to hold his hand while he struggles through painful flashbacks, Willow's there in a heartbeat. Or if he needs to be told to man-up and get his crap together, Willow's on it too. Don't forget that Willow is the only one Bucky is comfortable having in his mind; she's seen all the horrible things he's done and has forgiven him. But when it really comes down to it, it's because Willow and Bucky are very similar. They've both got a lot of crap behind them, and have seen their fair share of horrors. Willow was not only abused until she ran away, but she sort of "went to the darkside" for a while. Bucky was turned into a human weapon, and he wasn't some pampered assassin, he was treated no better than an animal. Yet they both came through it, and have found ways to move past it. Some people wouldn't have given Willow a second glance, because of her disability, but Bucky sees past it. They are aware of each others faults and love each other regardless. Deep down they both have massive hearts with lot's of love to give. 

When did Lulu and Willow become friends?

  Willow and Lulu have been best friends since the second grade. Neither of them can really remember when they first met of how they became friends, it just sort of happened. Their experiences have strengthened their friendship until they are practically sisters. For those of you who are curious, Willow and Lulu's friendship is based off of the friendship between me and my best friend.

 Okay, time for fun facts. 

1. Bucky Barnes is incredibly claustrophobic. Most likely due to his time spent in Cryo- freeze and those terrifying moments when he was locked in right before the ice put him under. 

2. Willow's favorite color if forest green and she is a massive nerd. 

3. Before Willow joined SHIELD, she wanted to be a game warden. Lulu wanted to by a police officer. 

4. Bucky's favorite memory of Willow was her birthday three years after they met. Willow's favorite memory of Bucky is the year she threw a birthday party for him, and he didn't realize it was his birthday. 

5. Willow and Warren Dariela are twins, but Willow was born first. Warren dreams of retiring from SHIELD one day and having a family. 

6. Bucky's favorite color changes all the time, he can't seem to decide on one.

7. When Bucky goes out, he has to wear a glove over his metal hand. Instead of letting him wear a solid black glove, Willow and Lulu buy him gloves in the most outrageous colors and patterns. 

8. Bucky Barnes is allergic to cats.

9. No one but Willow knows what color Lulu's hair actually is, she's constantly dying it different colors. 

10. Bucky has nightmares often, and when he does he often climbs into bed With Willow or she comes into his room to calm him down.
