There was a man. A human man. He was chasing me, him and his pokemon, and they were about to catch me. I can run fast enough to race the herds of wild Ponyta, but this man, a human man!, was about to catch me. He was riding on a loud monster that was upsetting the pokemon that were scattering to their homes in the forest. Not even the most courageous of pokemon wanted to get in the way of the roaring beast the man was using to run. Humans use the weirdest things! Was there something wrong with the mans legs? I noticed the man gaining on me, these thoughts must be slowing me down. Seconds later i heard something whoosh past my ear. He must be attacking me! But how? I didn't think humans could use attacks like us pokemon... And with that thought, i felt a stinging in my arm. I couldn't run as fast, and my vision was getting blurry. Was it some type of poison attack? He must be powerful.... I thought as i drifted off into sleep.
Prof. Jared POV
I had seen the mysterious and elusive girl with weird markings and pokemon-like ears and tail about a week earlier, when i was strolling about the forest. The pokemon and her seemed to be like some weird family. She at least seemed human, so i decided to capture her to learn more about her. Seeing how she was some sort of human, i didn't think that pokeballs would work, so i gathered some tranquilizer darts. I got on my motorcycle, my Luxio and Golbat alongside me, and went straight to the lake, where i had seen her last. As luck may have it, she was there. She had heard me and started running at a break neck speed. She seems more and more pokemon like the more i see her. She seemed to be slowing down for some reason so i took my chance and shot a dart at her. It whizzed right past her head. So close! I few seconds later and i took my next shot and got her right in the arm.
