He walked through the door to find himself in an almost empty class 15 minutes prior for the bell to ring.
He knew his plan was going to work when he saw Melany with her friend sitting there chatting about the test next week, she's such a nerd.
Melany's jaw dropped when she noticed his presence and let out a nervous smile when Kenneth walked close to her and took a seat in the desk in front of hers.
"How's everything going?" He grinned at the two girls, but Melany was the one to have the ridiculous reaction by pulling her thick black glasses up while nervously giggling after a loud snort she made, she's so weird.
"Oh, you know, just saw this desk, sat down, and started to study."
"I see... So did you finish the homework for today."
"I did, it was soooo easy."
"Well then, you wouldn't mind making mine, is that yesterday I was busy, couldn't finish it."
Kenneth gave the book and his notebook to Melany knowing the answer in advance.
"Sure, it will take 5 minutes." Her friend rolled her eyes while Melany kept that nervous simper that instead of being cute it could freak anyone out.
"Thanks Mel, you're the best." He winked at her causing her to look like she was going to faint or something, he loved to create that reaction on her, it was just hilarious to watch.
He left his backpack in one of the desks and exited the class, but when he was just a few feet away from it he couldn't help but get shocked at the fact that the girl he saw before at the hall entered the class. He turned around and saw her take one of the desks in the back row.
Was this destiny or something?
