Chapter 17-Rewind

JARED'S POV

I was in a daze after what Noel confessed to me! I just found it hard to believe, I kept thinking that I was just imagining it all and that my brain was making me see things because i wished for them.

I slowly walk towards my room and sit on my bed.

'What am i even doing here? I should go and look for Noel, my Noel, I can call him that now, at last i can ask him out and know he won't refuse.

As I am still contemplating this, the door bursts open and all my friends come in frantically plus Raphael and Cooper?

What is going on? Weren't they just fighting on the plane? They look anxious and Amanda is sobbing !

"Guys, what's the issue?" I ask feeling a certain dread like I know something huge and bad is on the horizon

"Jared, where is Noel and Amanda?" Raphael asks

"What do you mean? After leaving me, they headed to their rooms" I say worriedly.

"Oh no no!  I think they are missing, we can't find them! We have looked everywhere " Cooper says with a terrified look on his face.

"What! You think they were kidnapped ? Why would someone kidnap Noel ? He wouldn't hurt a soul" I say quietly

"What are we going do? Should we inform the hotel? He was very upset when he left and Amanda ran after him, maybe they are just avoiding everyone, and he wants to be alone" Vicky says

"I don't think so, why would they leave their phones behind? Listen guys,  a few weeks back, Noel kept saying he felt someone following him, I thought he was being paranoid but now......." Cooper says

"Are you serious ? Red felt the same, he said he would sometimes feel as if he was being followed ! This can't be a coincidence, come to think of it, all of us in one vacation spot !" Casper says

"Guys, did any of you enter any contest ?" I ask them,

They all shake their head no. Someone wanted us here! This vacation was perfect excuse to get us in one place. Now due to our stupidity , Noel and Amanda were nowhere to be found.

" let's search one more time then inform the hotel and police" Cooper says

We split up into three groups and search the hotel grounds.

****NOEL'S POV *****

Damn you Jared! After pouring out my heart like that, he just stood and looked at me. Like couldn't he at least say something?
So upset I headed to my room with Amanda following me.
Where is she anyway? That's when I really look around and scream out in fear and panic !!!

Where the hell are we? What are we doing here? How did we get here!

I look around and see people suspended from the ceiling in chains in different positions, others are bloody and beaten, others clearly look dead!

What is going on? I see some kind of familiar people suspended and bending down too? Is that..... Raphael, Casper, Jared, Vicky, Katuskah and Cooper?

They don't look conscious! What are we doing here! I look around frantically and all i see is darkness, small pinches of light and suddenly i hear terrifying screams from a room beyond ours!

My heart drops painfully, we are screwed!
I remember warning my friends about this strange vacation and coincidentally finding Jared here!
I also remember the weird feeling I had that we were being followed.

Slowly, they start waking up one by one and look around but their mouths have been tied.

They see me and look relieved but when they look and their surroundings, they all look shocked! I bet they don't know how they got here too.

We hear the door creaking open and we see shadows of some men. They come in and the things they are holding make us start shaking and trying to twist out of fear and escape, I scream when they approach where we are.
The bloody beaten up people around us just look resigned and tired, they must be already used or have given up.
