Nash and I arrived at the movies together. It was going amazing, he was a great guy. Then, I looked down the aisle. Wanna guess who it was? Yeah, it was Cameron and Ariel. Cameron looked uncomfortable. He looked over and saw me and I quickly turned around. Thankfully the movie was almost over.
-
As I got out of Nash's car, I thanked him for an amazing time and he grinned. "Anytime."
I checked Instagram as I walked into the house. Some of the Cameron Dallas fanpages I followed (What? You know they're cool) had a picture of Ariel kissing Cameron, all with angry captions. I laughed to myself, maybe this was his karma.
My phone buzzed and I saw that it was a text from Cameron.
C: Why were you at the movies with Nash?
I was angry that he had ignored me for weeks, and suddenly wanted to know my personal business.
Me: Why do you care? But if you must know, we were on a date.
C: K. I'm coming over.
I just got K-ed and Cameron invited himself to my house. At least I was still dressed and had my makeup on.
After about ten minutes I hear the doorbell ring. I opened the door, and Cameron walked in. "Yes of course, come right in," I muttered sarcastically.
"You need to stay away from Nash," he said, ignoring my comment.
"You need to stop being jealous," I replied coolly.
He sighed. "I know you won't listen to me, but I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that to you. I don't want our friendship to be over because of something stupid."
"Cameron, what're you sorry for? I'm not mad, you were the one who didn't talk to me," I said. After I said it, I realized how much I sounded like a third grader trying to win an argument. He shook his head and opened the door, and I didn't try to stop him.
I pulled out my phone and texted Marie to see if she could come over. My dad had left on a business trip for a week, and I had a fear of being home alone. Within minutes she was at the door.
"Hey! How was the date?" She questioned me.
"Great!" I told her all the details, including Cameron coming to my house.
"What a jerk. I guess he didn't tell you about the party?" I shook my head.
"There's a party tomorrow night, at Jack G's house. Only a few people were invited and he told Cameron to text you."
"Oh, no Cameron didn't tell me. He's been ignoring me," I told her.
She rolled her eyes. "But will you come to the party? Only Mahogany, Jack J, Cameron, Mathew, Taylor, and Shawn are coming. I think Jack G's girlfriend is coming. And Ariel wasn't invited."
"Okay, I'll come. What kind of party?" I questioned.
"Pool," she replied. At least I wouldn't have to worry about an outfit.
A/N I hate to end the chapter like that, but I didn't want it to be jumbled. Sorry! If you like this story it would mean so much to me if you vote. Thank you! Also, there's no song for this chapter, because I couldn't find one that fit it good. If you know of a song that this chapter reminds you of, feel free to comment it.
