🌤 C A M P

A bright surprisingly sunny day in Ohio began at 5:56am on this day. The day summer camp started. The brunette was excited to go because a certain boy she enjoyed was going to go. She awoke as soon her alarm went off at 6am, she arose from her bed with her hair knotted badly. She walked towards her mirror and saw all her imperfections, as always. She fumbled her glasses onto her face and began to brush out her tangles as she kicked around her suitcase for the camp. She was a camp leader, and so was the /boy/. She threw on the vibrant yellow t-shirt that said "Children for God 2004". She didn't enjoy church but if she got to be around /him/ she'd be happy. She threw on a pair of gym shorts and threw a charm necklace on. Slipping on her converse and black socks to represent her inner soul. She was ready to head out.

"Bye dad!" She yelled as she grabbed the keys and ran out to the car. She threw her bag and suitcase into the backseat and hopped into the driver's seat. The camp wasn't that far, probably 10 minutes at the most. She pulled out of the driveway and began to head to the camp. A bit nervous that she looked terrible, but she was glad she'd have 2 weeks without her parents and siblings.

As she finally arrived at the camp she hopped out onto the gravel and  gave out a sigh. She grabbed her bags and locked the doors and hulled her bags to her cabin she was assigned last Sunday. 3G was her cabin, the /boy/'s was 4B. She was planning to visit his, but knowing him he was probably late. She threw her bags onto her bed and set up the sign she made that said "Welcome 3G!" She snuck out to the boy's cabin and gave out a sigh.

She knocked on the cabin door and tapped her foot against the wood. "It's Gabby." She added quickly just in case he was Hiding.
Soon the door unlocked and the boy crept out with a smile. "H-Hey Gabby." He said giving out a nervous laugh. "Hey Tyler, you ready for the camp?" She asked trying to make small talk. "Not really, children scare me." He admitted, playing with the rubber band around his wrist. "If you ever have trouble, I can deal with them." She assured giving a grin. "Thanks dude." He said giving a thumbs up and a pretty goofy grin. "Well see you at the opening ceremony." The brunette waved as she walked away and ran to her cabin.

'Why is he so freaking cute.' She thought, she promised herself not to curse here.
