It was the holy day of the week, the day that most children hated, including Gabby. After the fiasco that happened  earlier the girl slipped out of the arms of her lover, planting kiss on his hand. "I need to go back to my cabin before the girls wake up." She whispered as she waved goodbye and slipped into her cabin. Pretty much all of the girls were asleep and didn't seem to notice she was gone all night. Gabby slipped into her church outfit which was just a nice shirt and white jeans. She then woke up the girls one by one, she really just shook them till they woke up. But for Wellarose she had to full on lift her up and shake her. As the girls rushed out to change Gabby decided to brush her hair out, which was a tangled mess from moving around too much. She then pinned her bangs up and washed her glasses. She actually felt cute for once as she checked herself out in the mirror going 'Ooh' and 'Ah' as she put her hands on her waist and moved side to side. The girls all came in at once which met it was time to leave, they all grabbed their bibles and headed out to what was hell for Gabby.

As they walked into the church Gabby saw Kate's dad staring at his daughter who was sitting next to Josh. She sat her girls down and headed to where Tyler was sitting, he was wearing long sleeved flannel and jeans which was pretty plain, smh white people. She glanced over to see Kate wearing a dress that was floral print whereas Josh was wearing the same thing as Tyler except short sleeved. 'The people here are so creative...' Gabby thought as she as she put her hand on Tyler's. She wanted the hour to be over already, this was the most boring thing ever. Kate's dad started to joke about how when she was younger she thought Mary was Jesus' sister. Kate didn't look too pleased with that. Soon it was time for worship and Gabby just wanted to shoot herself as a group of 12 year old girls went up to lead them in worship. All the leaders only seemed to clap their hands to the beat whereas Kate's dad was dancing around. Gabby looked over and saw that Tyler had a smile on his face as he looked at Kate's dad, he then elbowed the girl and said "Where can I get a dad like yours." Which resulted in Kate elbowing Tyler in the chest, pretty hard surprisingly.
"She likes to pretend he's not her dad, idiot." Gabby said rolling her eyes, as she pressed her thumb against his chest.

As the service finally ended everyone was released to do whatever they wanted. Kate's dad signaled for her to come over, and he didn't look that happy. Gabby turned her glance towards Josh who looked pretty nervous at the moment, his hands got all clammy, the 3 walked out of the church but stayed outside. "I don't think Kate would ever leave you for a reason like that." Gabby assured him. Tyler nodded in agreement. "But she turned me down all those times because of her dad." Josh murmured as he ran his fingers through his hair. Gabby felt a bit bad for the boy, he finally got what he wanted and he had a possibility of loosing it already..

Back in the church the girl had her arms crossed, a frown on her face.
"I told you to not to date him." Her father slightly raised his voice at her. "Why do you hate him so much, just because he's a drummer doesn't count." She said stomping her foot, her brows furrowed. "He treats me wonderfully and is different than all those jerks /you/ forced me to date." She accused. Her voice cracking from anger. "He does no work-" Her father started but Kate interrupted him. "He does work, he gets paid to do performances AND he is a Christian. That's all you beg for me to choose in someone." She said slamming her hands down to her sides. "I'm done with this conversation, I love him ok?" She said taking a deep breath as she turned around on her heel and stormed out of the church. Her arms crossed, she felt like she was being stereotypical but she didn't know what else to say to her father. She walked outside to see her friends staring at her,  she looked at Josh who was looking at her. She walked towards him and wrapped her arms around him into a hug. Tyler and Gabby looked at each other and decided to walk off and let them have their own time. Gabby would just make Kate tell her everything over text.

"It's fine if you have to...break up with me." He said quietly as he wrapped his arms around Kate. "No, I don't /want/ to. You mean too much to me and I just, I don't care if my dad dislikes me for that reason. He's just gonna have to put up with it." She said as she looked up at him, her head resting against his chest. "R-Really?" He said raising his eyebrows. "Of course." She nodded her head. She released her arms from Josh and held his hand. "Last night I said I want you to marry me, that still hasn't changed." She said softly, putting a piece of hair behind her ear. "How could I forget something like that?" He said grinning as he felt the weight off his shoulders disappear. "I-I love you." Josh said his cheeks a deep red. The girl rolled her eyes and put a kiss on his hand.

"I love you too."
