Dylan's POV
"Damnit." I mutter to myself as I attempt to open my window. The one frickin night I decide to go out and party my mom locks my windows. Of course.
I met up with some old friends and catching up didn't take so long, so partying seemed like the only option.
There is no way I'm going to get in my house now. Maybe it's a good thing considering that I am a little drunk. I'll just tell Ma that I slept over at Joe's place if she questions me, not that she ever does anymore.
I glance over to the white house adjacent to mine. There is a patio connected to a nicer looking room that is right across from my own. As my wheels begin to turn it occurs to me that I do need a place to sleep tonight... I just can't be seen because no one wants to know how much shit I'm going to get myself into if I scare away the new neighbors.
I guess you could say my last neighborhood experience didn't exactly work out. I honestly regret being the reason we moved for Ma and Mills sake. I always promised myself that no matter how much I trash my reputation or the amount of girls I sleep with and then throw out, that I would always protect my family. Even if Ma wouldn't approve of how I behave if she knew.
I get up to the patio which should be easy considering that I could just jump on it from my window. It would be immensely easier if their house had vines all over it like mine so I could climb up rather than nearly plummet to my death... I'll settle for jumping though.

"CRASH!"
Oh shit. I definitely just woke up whoever was in that room. I sort of forgot the task at hand as I was day dreaming and slipped a bit.
Oh god, please, please don't scream.
To my surprise I see a girl who looks around my age staring at me with shock. She is hot, not my usual type though, I go for the brunettes mostly.
She has dirty blonde hair and chocolate brown eyes that are staring back at me, wide eyed.
She slowly walks up to the door leading to her patio and cracks it open a bit.
"Who are you and what are you doing at my window at 12 o'clock in the night?"
She's a bit feisty which I like. Though in this scenario I could understand why she would be fierce.
"Hello to you as well new neighbor." I say with a smirk.
She doesn't seem amused, she just rolls her eyes in response. Those beautiful eyes. Snap out of it Dylan.
I clear my throat then try to address why I'm here, "Uh sorry about this I just- um I'm not sure how to explain. Well uh I'm Dylan, looks like we are neighbors."
Wow, smooth Dylan. I groan internally at my stuttering. At least she seems amused at this. She seems like the type of girl guys will fight over like sharks. She's probably used to guys practically making fools of themselves in front of her anyway.
It doesn't matter though. I don't even know her and I'm definitely not the type for feelings none the less relationships. I just go with the flow. Specifically with the girls who throw themselves at me.
"I'm Safiy-Saf. Just call me Saf. It's to early for me to care about this, so you do whatever. Just stay out of my room and don't make noise." She squeaks out, with a small grin that she's attempting to hide.
Before I can reply she shuts the door with a click signaling that she locked it. The curtains swing over the door blocking the image of her from me.
I drift off to sleep then wake before anyone notices and sneak back inside of my own home, the front door being unlocked now.

Interesting girl. I think in my head. I agree with myself that I'll formally introduce myself to her tomorrow. Gotta make Ma happy, and her knowing that I'm trying to make a good impression on the neighbors will do just that.
Even if my motives surround the fact that I just want to see her again. Maybe I will get to know Saf.
