Joining Fairy Tail

*Later*

"Here we are" Natsu says, I look up at the huge guild hall

"So how do I join?" I ask

"Ask Gramps, that's pretty much it" he says

"That's easy enough" I say

"Yeah really" Natsu replies "you'd think such a strong guild would have some sort of exam to get in"

I nod, he opens the door to the guild. There are lots of people inside. Mostly kids and teens.

"Pinky's back" a Dark haired boy sneers from across the room, why doesn't he have any clothes on?

"Aw, the king of the sluts missed me" Natsu retorts

"At least I have a brain" the other boy snapped

Natsu turned to me "hold on a sec..." He took off across the room jumping and slamming a fist into the other boys face.

"DAMMIT NATSU" the other boy yells

I have a feeling they're gonna be at this for a while, I might as well try to meet some new people. I wish I was less awkward.

"So are you and Natsu dating?" A white haired girl asks, she's followed by a redheaded girl, both are very attractive.

"No!" I exclaim "I mean, he's nice but-"

"I told you they weren't" the redheaded girl says, cutting me off

"Shut up..." The white haired girl snaps

"You're new here aren't you?" The redhead asks

"Yeah," I say "I'm Astrid"

"I'm Mirajane," the white haired girl says

"Erza, nice to meet you" the redhead says

"Yeah, you too" I say

"Natsu and Gray are at each other's throats again..." Mira says

"I'll fix it, wait here" Erza marches across the room "I thought I said if I caught you two fighting again... I would get the breadsticks..."

"SHIT!" Gray yells

"Not the breadstick!" Natsu pleads "anything but the breadsticks!"

"What are-"

"Don't ask..." Mira hushes, "you'll be next"

I bit my lip, she seemed so nice, what happened?

"Now the two of you better get along okay?" Erza says,

"Y-yes ma'am" they say nodding profusely

Erza walks away from them, they glare at each other briefly, Natsu spots me his eyes widen slightly and he walks over

"Hey Astrid, let's do a job" he says pulling me away from Mira

"That sounds fun" I say slightly confused

Once Mira's out of earshot Natsu stops "you think Erza's scary, Mira's twice as bad..."

"Really...?" I ask doubtfully.

"Look...." Natsu says nodding towards her, she and Erza were arguing

"Oh, you're so smart why don't you learn to SHUT THE HELL UP" Mira snaps

"Why don't you make me..." Erza hisses

"Fine I will..." Mira starts transforming into a demon, literally.

"Good luck with that, ugly" Erza says, she suddenly has a silver armor with wings on

"That's out queue to get the hell out" Nafsu says "let's get you to see Gramps and then hopefully we'll make it to the job board in one piece"
