"Hyaaa!" A knife jabbed out at Arona. Osora tried slicing at the white wolf again. "Be faster!" The wolf growled. Osora had grown but she was still not nearly as big as the bear sized beast. Arona dogged the slashes easily. Tue human lashed forward again, stumbling a little. The bear sized wolf took the advantage. Baring her fangs she lunged forward, grabbing Osora lightly by the arm. "And then I would snap it, and while you withered in pain I would go for the kill.." Arona sighed, letting go and sitting down. Osora sighed. She was 17 years old now. At least, she thought she was. Osora looked way different. Her hair goes all the way down to her hips. Its all greasy and thin with one or two hidden burrs. She had replaced her old fur clothing with boar pelt. Osora clumped down on the ground. "I'm done training!" She scowled. Getting an idea she sat up to look at Arona. "Can I go to the human den?" She pleaded. The white wolf raised an eyebrow. "Why are you asking? Last time I checked, Osora was too old to be told what to do..." She joked. Osora rolled her eyes, smiling. She got up and hugged Arona. "I won't be long. I'll be back to help with the Dusk Hunt!" She promised. Arona narrowed her eyes, bringing her muzzle two inches away from Osoras nose. Her strange echoey voice sounded the same as all wolves that tried to speak human tongue. "What do you do if you meet a human?" The white wolf asked, piercing eyes sparkling. Osora blinked, brilliant green eyes almost glowing. "I growl and bark. Show my teeth, then run. Don't let them see that I'm human." She answered calmly. Arona lifted her head. "Be sure you get back for the hunt. And take your dagger." Arona barked, disappearing into the trees. Osora smiled. She grabbed her dagger made of a sharpened boar tusk. Osora ran into the woods. She leapt over roots and blurred past trees. She ran across a log that stretched over a river. She stopped by a ledge and crouched down. Peeking over the ledge she saw a huge human den. Many nests covered it. When Arona had taken her her last, it was half that size. With a jolt, Osora realized, it did spread every day. Smoke stung her nose as fire, or she called flame, was lit. The orange heat source was in the middle of the place. Osora always liked staring into it. The flame made her feel warm inside. Osora sniffed the air. She smelled berries. Sliding down the ledge she his behind some bushes. Peeking through it she saw berries and vegetables. This was a human garden. Osora crept forward. She picked a red berry and ate it. She thought it tasted good and had more. She was never allowed to eat vegetables and fruit in her pack. It tasted better than slimy meat. Focused on the food she was unaware of anything else. A hand touched her shoulder. "Excuse me.." A voice began. Osora jumped away with an incredible leap. Her hands and feet slid on the ground, making grit and leaves fly. She did a wolf snarl and whipped around. A boy human was standing there. Osora bared her teeth when he took a step forward. She lunged forward a little to make him step back. "Stay back, filthy human!" Osora shouted. She could hear talking in the distance. "Gray! What happened?" The voices got louder, making Osora panic. Before she could decide more human came through the bushes. "Woah! Who's she?!?" A voice screamed. Osoras heart pounded as she was almost surrounded by human. Taking her chance she dashed for an opening. A club smashed into her side, sending her back again. "No! Greg let her go!" The boy from before shouted. "Don't be silly, Gray. She's one of the Wolf worshipers! Just look at her!" The bog named Greg called, narrowing his eyes. Worshipper? Osora thought. Osora snarled a wolf languages curse. Running at the human named Greg, she leapt on top of him. He got knocked down, his club flying. Osora bit his arm and shook. When blood filled her mouth she let go and ran. Human blood tasted fowl on her tongue. Spitting it out she ran faster and faster. Blood was running down her chin. Was biting him necessary? Yes, yes it was. Panting hard she raced through the woods. She could smell human following and hear their voices. Stopping she studied her situation. The voices and smell was closer but still farther away. Tilting her head back she howled as loud as her lungs could bare. The voices were very close so she started running again. Her eyes were blurred from all the stress she was going through at the moment. Her foot snagged on a root and she stumbled. "There she is!" Voices shouted. A spear landed inches away from Osoras head. Her eyes widened. Something kicked her in the side and made her roll over. A sword was at her throat. "You... BIT ME!!" Greg shouted, his eyes blazing. Osora squealed as blood ran down the blade and dripped on her neck. Osoras eyes widened. She smelled the most familiar scent in the in world to her. Closing her eyes she heard a loud growl and the tip of the blade was removed from her neck. Osoras eyes shot open to so Ryhan standing over her. Coalis was at his side. Arona had Greg pinned down. Her fangs were inches away from his face. Kitano, a gray wolf Osora had grown up with, was snapping at the other human. "Stay out of our forest, human scum! We have told you many times! Go!" Arona spat in Greg's face. Getting off of him, Greg ran for the hills. Coalis sniffed. "Osora, look what you caused! You don't deserve to be called a wolf." He growled, jet black coat rippling. "Kitano." Ryhan barked, turning towards the teenaged pup. "Make sure they leave the forest. You too Coalis." The alpha finished. Kitano and Coalis disappeared into the trees in an instant. Osora felt ashamed of causing so much trouble. "Don't punish her, Ryhan! She was just curious...." Arona began to say. Ryhan silenced her with a look. "I'm not punishing Osora. It wasn't her fault." The brown wolf growled. Turning to Osora he licked her face. "Your okay now. Let's go home, the pack is waiting."
