Dean's POV (im so nervous)

We silently passed the hallways of the hospital, focusing on not disturbing other patients after we left Castiel.

This case is confusing. I tried saying Christo and drawing a devil's trap on a sheet of paper, but nothing worked. And guess what happens next? The halls reek of sulphur.

As we passed, some doctors scrunched their faces in disgust and the nurses beside them wrapped a mask around their nose and mouth to prevent the faint disgusting smell.

Yet we're used to it. We are hunters who literally goes after real demons; not the ones described as those adult who drinks. And ghosts and other shit that pops out of children's closets or slides out from underneath their beds as they sleep.

As we got closer to the door, the smell was stronger. I covered my nose to protect myself from the smell, and there were sirens outside.

There was loud chatter outside, as colors of red and blue flashed. There was the obnoxious loud siren that later on went dead as another one in the background drove itself away from the  hospital. More cars with sirens above them drove in front of the door. More ambulances.

The doors were slammed open, and a wave of sulphur filled the air as we went out to see what was happened. It was raining outside which was going on for hours. The heavy rain made the smell of sulphur go soggy and I gagged (lmao so did Cas) at the strong smell .

"Demons." Dad whispered beside me.

The doors of the ambulance was pulled open as they carried out a strapped woman, who had a long blade in her stomach.

Closer inspection, it was thin and long. It was the one Anna had and it was buried in her.

The other doors of other cars opened as there was other people escorted into the hospital. Some were carried while some were helped with walking.

And the worst, some had their eyes out.

Like Pamela.

There was a short girl with short hair and she was bleeding from the burnt holes. She was rushed in, but she was unresponsive.

A grown man with similar wounds followed.

So did a teenage-looking girl.

And a forth person.

And a fifth and a sixth.

The rest were in bad conditions, no knives sticking from their stomachs or missing eyes.

Dad leaned over so he was closer to my ear. "Either those patients are demons or the drivers are." He commented, eyeing the others who stayed behind as they talked to another before getting into their vehicles.

The smell vanished as the patients went in. I quickly noted that the demons are the wounded.

I rushed over to one of the men, and grabbed onto his arm before he could step into the small-spaced room and drive.

"What the hell happened?" I asked as I saw my dad rush over beside me.

He shrugged. "We got a call that a woman was seen stabbing and burning some people in an alleyway."
