~*Sakuya's pov*~

"I've had enough of all the liars around me. It's my job to kill them. Even though I was born and raised to be a liar I will die as soon as my duty is done. Mahiru and I aren't really friends. It's just a fake memory I made. {y/n}'s memory of me is fake as well. It's funny how the world works. Mahiru escaped me and neither of us died. What a waste, but maybe {y/n} will do it for me."

I walked quickly through the town and spot {y/n}. Now it's time to see who dies first.

"{y/n}! I need your help real quick, follow me."

"Eh!? Sakuya what's going on? Where are we going?"

"My place of course. I need help moving somethings."

"Ahh, ok!?"

~*Your pov*~

What's going on? Is it really that important to move his stuff? We arrived at Sakuya's apartment. As soon as I stepped in I felt a dark aura. I slowly turned around to see Sakuya with a different attitude.

"S-Sakuya? What's the matter?"

"Nothing much except... I need you to fight me." He said with an evil grin and glare.

"Huh!? Why would I do that you're my best friend!"

"LIES HAHAAA IM ACTUALLY A VAMPIRE CRAZY RIGHT!! I planted fake memories of me in you. Everything you know about me is a lie!!!"

"You're acting crazy Sakuya what's wrong with you!?"

This is insane what happened to the old Sakuya the one I fell in love with? This isn't him right? I got no response instead he threw a dagger at my head barely missing me.

"Saa, {y/n} kill me! You must hate me for lying to you all this time right right!!??"

"NO."

"Oh look at that you're lying to me too! This world thrives on lies!"

"Sakuya stop this!? I know you're lying to yourself! You know that I care for you dearly! Even if the my memories are lies, my actions were not! I laughed, cried, and played with you this year in high school. I've shown you nothing, but love for you! I care about you! Go ahead take my memories, but I'll fall in love with you all over again!"

I was catching my breath from my out burst. I accidentally confessed at the same time, but it doesn't matter! Sakuya needs to go back to normal. When I looked up at him again he was frozen. Eyes shot open as tears fell ever so slowly.

"Do you still not believe me Sakuya?"

"It's not that {y/n}. I'm just afraid to trust your words. I'm so happy I could die. You're not lying to me are you?"

"Of course not. I just confessed you idiot."

I began to laugh and so did he. After our little giggles. I looked up at Sakuya. He slowly walked towards me giving me a huge hug. I couldn't breath right, but I hugged him back.
