'You're sick?... What a pain.'

~*Your pov*~

"Ugh... This is the-*cough cough*... worst."

At the moment I'm at school... Suffering.
I'm at lunch and it's nearing its end. I just want this day to end. I tried my best not to show that I'm sick, plus I can't miss a day cause of a little cold. The bell went off, signaling to get your ass to class. With no strength, I wobbled over to my class room. My hand touched the sliding doors and right when I opened it... I collapsed.

Everything is dark. My mind feels blank yet fuzzy. What was I doing again?

My body feels hot and it's hard to breathe. My wheezing was so loud that I woke myself up. Blurriness everywhere. My eyes need to focus. After a moment I took in my surroundings and saw my room.

How did I get here? What happened?

A cold sensation came upon my forehead. I turn my head to the side to see my boyfriend Kuro, placing a wet cloth on me.

"Kuro what are you- wait, what happened? All I remember is eating lunch." I slowly got up feeling pain in my head.

"Hmm what a pain. Your friend called and said you collapsed at school." He began to fiddle with the thermometer in his hands.

"Oh, I see. So then how did I get here?" Kuro's face had a tiny pink color as he looked away.

"I uhh... I came to pick you up. I carried you home."

Awe~ Kuro!

...

"WAIT A SEC! How the hell did you dress when you went!? People are gonna think I'm crazy if they see some guy wearing ripped clothes!!!" I quickly turned my head to see...

Him...

Wearing...

Normal clothes!!!???

"Kuro where did you get those clothes from!?" I was completely dumbfounded by his attire. He looked so... charming.

"Oh, I used some of Mahiru's clothes. Last time I went to his school dressed in my clothes he got super mad. Plus people were staring. How troublesome."

"I'm just glad you're wearing normal clothes at school heh. Thank you for picking me up Kuro." I smiled as best as I could to him.

"Whatever. Come to think of it everyone was still staring at me... Humans are annoying."

"Huh? What happened?"

~*Flash back no ones pov*~

Kuro rushes over to {y/n}'s school dressed up in Mahiru's school clothes. When he got there he saw people crowded around {y/n}. {y/n}'s best friend was holding her hand with worried written all over her face.

(Your bff was the one who called Kuro btw.)

Kuro tried to see through the crowd of people, but ended up failing. He started getting ticked off so he decided to get their attention on him. The Servamp grabbed one of the chairs from the neighboring class rooms and strides back to the crowd. Once there he lifted it up near a locker and slammed the chair three times on it.

The loud noise startled the students and instantly looked towards Kuro. Satisfied with his plan he speaks to the crowd calmly yet intimidatingly.

"Move aside or you'll be the next thing to hit the lockers. Making a fuss won't help {y/n}. The only person I want near my girlfriend is (b/f/n)."

With that said everyone backed away far enough to still see what was going on. Their faces were filled with surprised and scared faces. Well, except for (b/f/n), she looked the most relieved. Kuro walked over to {y/n}, eyebrows furrowed. He lifted her head up into his arm and pushed {y/n}'s hair away from her face. Kuro leaned over and sets his lips on {y/n} forehead.

((A/n): it's how some people check temperatures.)

"She's burning up, I should take her home. Thank you (b/f/n) for calling me." Kuro looked over to the said girl and gave a small smile of gratitude.

(B/f/n) reply's "Thank you for coming so quickly. Take care of her ok?"

"Of course I will."

After ending their goodbyes, Kuro picks {y/n} up bridal style and carries her back home. While the other students are a murmuring mess or still shocked lol.

~*end of Flash back*~
~*Your pov*~

"And that's what happened..."said Kuro.

Wow I can't believe he did that for me! 0///0

"Kuro, I love you way too much. Hehe, I just didn't think you cared about me a lot so right now I'm so happy." I slowly sat up from my bed and held is hands.

"You doubted me? Jee-thanks you idiot. Heh."

Kuro flashed one of his rare sincere smiles at me. And at this point I felt like I found the most beautiful creature in the world. I was a blushing mess. So to hide my face I let my head drop on his shoulders. Kuro placed his left hand on my head and simply stroked it. Him doing so made me feel so loved.

"Time for you to rest. Get better ok? I don't need you sick tomorrow that would be troublesome for me."

But before he knew it I was already asleep in his simple gesture of love. Kuro sighs in gratitude and puts me back to bed. Kissing my forehead once more. Before leaving me.

"Nite {y/n}, love you..."
