MLAL- chapter 19

yaaaayyyyy 493 reads :) Sorry it took a while to update i had tons of math homework and science homework then i had to study for my french test and memorize our volleyball rotations cuz its so fricking complicated and i still have to write a monologue AND memorize it for drama class... so...IM STRESSED. but hope you likeee :) 

**Lauren's P.O.V**

I stood still.

Too shocked at my actions to move.

But..he deserved that...right?

He basically cheated on me and still told me he loved me every single day.

And Maya.

She's been acting like she's my friend this whole time.

"okayy...i deserved that" Harry said breaking me out of my thought.

Ya..you did.

I just looked up at him with hurt in my eyes..he looked pretty sad too...i guessed he realized what was happening.

"how...could you?" i asked him. By now tears were running down my eyes.

"I'm sorry" his eyes wandered to the floor.

"Why?" I asked.

"what?" he acted like he didn't hear me. "WHY? Am i not good enough for you? Am i not pretty enough? Do you not love me? Do you love her? WHY HARRY WHY?" i rambled.

"i don't know" he replied. "you don't know? No Harry i think you know exactly why but you just don't have the guts to tell me" i yelled.

He tried holding my hand but i stepped back.

"don't. touch. me." and with that i stormed out of his room and headed for my room to meet my so called best friend.

**Maya's P.O.V**

I sat on the bed wondering what was going on in Harry's room. I was watching sponge bob right now since there was nothing else good to watch. 

Just then the door was slammed open. I jumped in surprise and was met by a fuming Lauren.

I have never seen her that mad since she saw a video of a man hurting animals. She never got mad for no reason and by the way she was looking at me i knew what had happened. 

Harry told her about the kiss.

"Why would you do this to me?" she whisper-yelled.

I stared at her not knowing how to respond.

"how could you hurt me like this....Why can't you just let me be happy?" she cried.

"You said NOTHING was going on between you guys and now Harry tells me you guys.....kissed?" she said.

"Lauren...I-" i started.

"save it" she interrupted. "obviously no one cares enough about me to just let me be happy....Harry was the one guy i've dated that I thought actually  loved me...but obviously not..." she said.

"Lauren I'm so sorry....i was stupid and i wasn't thinking.." i begged.

"do you still have feelings for him?" she asked me.

"Lauren.." i started.

"answer the damn question" she snapped.

I honestly didn't know how to answer this question..

My heart was telling me one thing but my mind was saying another.

I decided to go with my mind.

"No" i said.

"Maya...don't you dare lie to me..I've been lied to way too much already..tell me the whole truth.." she said.

I hesitated a bit.

"fine" i said.

**Lauren's P.O.V**

She told me.

Everything.

About her and Harry's past relationship, that she was pregnant,how Harry reacted, and everything else.

Now i know why there are still strings attached between them.

"ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" i said flopping down onto my bed. 

I looked up at Maya to see her looking at me with furrowed eyebrows. "what?" she asked me.

"I'm really beating myself up for what I'm about to do" i said closing my eyes. "...and what are you about to do" she says.

I open my eyes and sat up. 

"look you and Harry have been through a lot together....you even have a kid together...obviously you're never gonna get over each other...so I won't be mad if you guys get back together...I just wish you hadn't done all this behind my back" i said.

For a while Maya didn't say anything.

"I'm really sorry about what we did..... and about Harry, i don't even know if i want to get back together with him...He's hurt me so much...i just want a simple relationship. " she said.

"simple? simple is boring..haven't you heard that song by Hunter Bayes "I don't want easy, I want crazy..You with me baby..let's be crazy" I sang.(song is to the right if you wanna listen ----------->)

She laughed at how bad my voice was..and I  laughed along too.

"By the way..it's Hunter Hayes...not Hunter Bayes." she said still laughing.

"Whatever! Don't you want crazy love?" I asked her  "..i don't know" she said. How could she not realize that Harry was like...the perfect boyfriend.

"well..Harry seems to be pretty crazy about you" I told her even though it killed me inside that our relationship was now done.

Over.

Forever.
