Jane's Bad Day Pt.1January 12th 2016
It was the next day, and Oliver was so happy to see his new girlfriend they had talked the night before and every word she said he fell in love, deeper and deeper. Jane had liked to sneak up on people and she wasn't going to sneak up on him today. While he was talking to his friends he always kept an eye out for her.
"What's wrong" Rose asked.
"I didn't sleep very well last night and I went to sleep in not a good head space last night..." Oliver said.
"BOOOOO" Jane jumped up and scared Oliver. He screamed and was really shocked that he couldn't keep and eye out for her.
"HAHAHAHA" Jane laughed at scaring her boyfriend.
"I'm getting you a bell for your birthday, or whenever because I need to hear you coming" Oliver said laughing. He immediately smiled when he saw her. It was quiet for a moment Oliver froze up and for some reason he was kinda afraid, he always froze up around people who he loved, mainly because he was afraid of saying something weird or something that would make them hate him.
"Well I'll see you later Oli" Jane said as she began to walk down the hill.
"Okay bye then" Oliver responded as Jane was already half way gone and probably didn't hear him. Oliver always felt a certain way when she left. Like even when she had to go somewhere or they were talking late and she had to go to sleep. He just wanted to talk to her forever, and he just wanted to be with her forever. They could just sit somewhere by themselves forever and not talk about anything at all, and he would be happy. She is just the best thing that happened to him, probably ever.
When oliver was in class he just became really sad and upset, he thought it was because he was really stressed last night with doing his homework. He hadn't gone to sleep in a good head space and he woke up kind of in that mood. Jane had emailed him at like the right time, Oliver had his head down on the desk and began to just cry. Some how Jane could tell earlier that morning that he wasn't doing so well so she wanted to check up on him.
"How are you?" she asked.
"Not good" He responded.
"I'm crying right now in Ms. Katie's class..." He said.
"Aww, I'm sorry. If you want during brunch, we could get a room and talk about it" Jane said trying to help.
"No. I'm okay. Thanks though." Oliver responded.
"Okay" Jane said. There was a pause in the conversation for a brief.
"Hey, you're gonna be okay, alright" Jane said.
"Okay..." Oliver said smiling. It was time for brunch and Oliver went outside and talked to his friends. He sat and kinda just listened to their conversation. He wasn't really in the mood for it so he just kind of put his head in his jacket. When he came out of his jacket he looked to his left and saw Jane,
"AH" he screamed as she began to laugh.
"You okay?" she asked him.
"Yeah. I'm good" he responded.
"I don't believe you" Jane said looking at Oliver in kind of a mad way.
"Let me see you smile to prove it" Jane said. Oliver smiled, a fake smile.
"NO REAL" she yelled.
"Its real" Oliver said, clearly lying.
The bell was ringing and Jane ran down the hill to get her stuff.
"EMAIL ME" she said as she ran down the hill.
"Okay" Oliver said. As Jane smiled back at him. At that moment him seeing her smile made his so day better. Oliver just seeing her smile caused his cloudy day to have a bright shining sun. Jane's smile was Oliver's happiness.
About an hour and a half later Jane emailed him.
"Hi" she said.
"Hi" Oliver responded.
"I feel like I'm about to cry" Jane said.
"What why" Oliver asked.
"I get really stressed easily" Jane said.
"Its really loud and we have part of another class and nobody is listening and people left and my friend went to go sit with someone else and it seems like everyone is mad at me and I'm not treated with respect by Ms. Katie when I cry so i have to keep it inside until tonight when I cry silently in my bed" Jane added.
"Aw. I'm sorry you have to go through this" Oliver said.
"You said it yourself... EIGTBOK, Everything Is Going To Be Ok" Oliver said.
"Yea right, those rules don't apply to me" Jane said.
"What do you mean they don't apply to you" Oliver asked.
"Not for me, not for a useless fuck up like me" Jane said.
"Well I'm a useless fuck'and last time I checked they applied to me" Oliver said.
"You're not a useless fuck. You are actually worth something to someone" Jane said.
"Not really. But you're worth something to me" Oliver said.
"What am I saying, I'm fine everything's good" Jane said.
"No don't play that game with me" Oliver said.
"What game" Jane asked.
"The, Smile And Pretend Everything's Fine Game" Oliver said.
"But everything is fine. you don't have to worry about me or anything. I am used to that, it's all I've ever known. I smile and laugh, and when everyone else is gone, I cry." Jane said.
"You can always cry to me" Oliver said back.
"I wish I could cry but I have to hold it in." Jane said back.
"Not with me. With me you can let it all out." Oliver responded.
"There's always other people around. I would do the same for you. But you're in another room. You know how you said that sometimes all you need is a hug? i've always thought that. but when I asked, my friends all turned their backs on me and left when I needed them most. I'm not a risk taker like i seem. I'm too scared to ask again, worried someone will hurt me again" Jane said.
"Ok maybe not now but when we are together you can always cry to me. I'll always be there for you. in your best times. Your worst times. your OK times I'll be there even if I'm not physically there. And if they just turned their backs they weren't real friends." Oliver said.
"We will never be together alone. I'm worried other people won't except me. Whats wrong with me. Why. Why am I telling you this, maybe one day you'll leave me too. Sorry I'm just really stressed right now. I have no one else to talk too. I'm really sorry." Jane said.
"My best friend always used to tell me this," Just be yourself, If people don't like you if you're being yourself, FUCK EM." Oliver said.
"Alright. I just... I feel like I can be myself around you." Jane said.
"That's because you can." Oliver said.
"I feel like you're a true friend." Jane responded.
"That's because I am." Oliver said.
"Smile so wide
it could touch the sky
Eyes so bright
shines with so much might" Jane typed.
"AWWW" Oliver responded.
"You know whenever you go 'aww' I smile so much" Jane said.
"I'm supposed to, it's my job" Oliver responded.
"Yep I'm supposed to make you smile too. I hope I'm doing that okay. I hope I never make you frown. I hope I never bring you down. I'll give you a crown you'll be a king. And at your coronation I'll make those bells ring." Jane typed.
"I'll give you a castle you'll be my queen." Oliver said.
"I'll make you smile I'll run a million miles for you anything.I hope i never make you frown. I hope i never bring you down. I'll give you a crown you'll be a king. And at your coronation, I'll make those bells ring." Jane said.
"Yo! We just made like a song" Jane said. She was Oliver's joy his happiness. That small little moment they had as a couple. Oliver
