chapter 8

Here's the new chapter 8! again i'm changing the story so that's why this chapter is after the updates I have posted cause I deleted the original chapter so enjoy!

Sapphire~

I smiled at my phone and rushed to my window, opening it but seeing jake's window shut. I frowned and texted him.

Sapphire: hey you home?

Jake: yea why? I'm laying in bed

Sapphire: get up and open your window!

I heard a loud groan and I giggled. A minute later jake opened his curtains and window. "Is there a reason you wanted me to open my window?" he smiled at my excited expression. "You'll never guess where I just came back from and who I met." I said almost bouncing in place. He chuckled and shook his head. "come over and tell me." he said and I nodded. We both closed our windows and curtains and I slipped on my shoes not bothering to change. I walked over to Jake's and knocked on the door. Instead of Jake I was met with a woman who was a few inches taller than me and who looked just like jake. 

"Let her in!" I heard jake yell and we both looked behind her to see jake coming down the stairs. The woman smiled at me, which I returned, and stepped to the side to let me in. I walked in and jake came over to me "Is she a friend?" the lady, which i'm just gonna guess is jake's mom, asked raising a brow. "Yea mom, this is sapphire, sapphire this is my mom, Linda" he said introducing us. I smiled and shook her hand. "Hello it's nice to meet you. I'm glad jake finally made a friend." she said making me giggle. "Mom! don't listen to her I have friends." he pouted and I pinched his cheek. He waved my hand away. "She's just the only one who I've invited over since she's our neighbor." 

She nodded and turned to me with a bigger smile. "Well you two have fun. oh and would you like to stay for dinner? you can invite your mum over as well if you'd like." she said and jake shook his head. "She lives with her aunt and uncle." she looked at him then back at me. "yea they won't be home till later so I'd love to stay for dinner." I smiled and she nodded. "Alright we'll be in my room." jake said grabbing my arm and dragging me up the stairs. Once we got to his room I sat down on one of his beanbags, him sitting down on the other. "Alright spill." he turned to me and raised his brows. "Ok so Ashton met me at the park not too far from him then he took me to where they're staying for right now. I got to hang out with them all! we played video games." I explained excitedly and he smiled. "Really? who's your favorite?" he leaned forward and I tilted my head. "What do you mean?" I asked confused and he rolled his eyes.

"Cmon you have to have a favorite. who caught your eye the most? who do you think is the cutest?" he nudged me and I rolled my eyes. "It doesn't matter cause we're going to the mall with them tomorrow." I said making him raise a brow."We?" he asked confused and I nodded. "Yes we, I asked and Ashton said I could bring a friend so i'm inviting you." a smile broke out on his face and he tackled me in a hug making me laugh. "Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" he kept repeating and I hugged him back. "Not only do I get to meet 5sos but I also get to look at cute guys at the mall." he said excitedly and I lightly hit his arm "Really jake?" I giggled and he chuckled. "Of course even though i'm probably gonna be drooling over the boys though especially Calum ugh he's so sexy." he said dreamily and I fell on the floor laughing.

The rest of the time in jake's room was spent playing video games and laughing our asses off. When his mom called us down for dinner, we went downstairs into the kitchen and sat down at the table. We all talked about how jake and I met and how I was liking it in Australia. "I've really enjoyed it so far I think my favorite part is the accents. I love different accents." I smiled and they laughed. "Glad to know. you sound like you have a slight accent yourself." his father said and I nodded. "I have a slight southern accent since I lived in the south east. I don't really like it but I can't really do anything about it so." I shrugged and they smiled. "There's nothing wrong it's cute." his mom said making me blush. 

The rest of dinner wet smoothly and when it was over jake and I talked about random things while washing dishes. When we were done I told him I had to go home and that I would text him when to come over so we could leave. "Alright then see you tomorrow." we stood at the door and hugged. "See you." I walked back to my house and went up to my room taking my shoes off and lying down on my bed. I decide to text Ashton.

Sapphire: hey what time should we meet you at the mall?

Ashton: around 12 or so would be fine

Sapphire: alright meet at the food court?

Ashton: sure :) see you tomorrow x

Sapphire: see you :) 

I plugged my phone up and layed down on my bed falling asleep quickly since I was extremely tired.

there you go! hope it wasn't too short but what are you guys' opinions? do you like this plot better? I didn't want it to be as gruesome so I'm making it different. I really hope you liked it anyways see you guis in the next chapter!
