A/N: hai guis! so again as you probably know i'm gonna try to upload a chapter at least every week if not earlier. but, if my schedule gets too busy then i'll let ya'll know. antways enjoy this chapter!

sapphire~

I went into the kitchen and saw auntie M in the fridge "Hey I thought you worked today." I said getting a water bottle and taking a sip. "Yea but everyone got off early because of the dinner party my boss is hosting. I want you to come along since there are going to be other kids your age there." "Ok I'm gonna go get ready." I said running up the stairs. "Wear something nice we leave at 7:30!!" auntie M shouted from downstairs. "Kk!" I yelled going into my room and setting my skateboard down. I opened my window and saw jake standing there "Ahh!!" I yelled putting a hand over my heart "You scared the shit outta me jake don't do that." I said glaring at him. He smirked and said "So can you hang?" "Nah I have to go to a dinner party with my aunt tonight and I have to get ready." I said shrugging "Ok see ya later sapph." "See ya." I finished, both of us closing our windows and curtains. I quickly went into the bathroom and stripped grabbing a towel and turning on the shower. 

After I was done with my shower I went into my room and got out a skirt and a nirvana shirt and threw them on my bed. I went to my dresser and got out a pair of thigh high socks throwing those on my bed too. I got out a bow and a pair of earrings from my accessory box and put those on my dresser as well as my necklace, ring, and bracelets. I quickly got changed and put my hair into a ponytail putting the bow in it. I put on my necklace and bracelets putting on my earrings afterwards. I started my makeup, putting on my contacts beforehand, and did my eyes first doing a rose gold look and winging my eyeliner out. I did a nude lip and quickly did my foundation, concealer, contour, and finished with some highlighter. I put a rolling stones phone case on my phone and grabbed my wedges slipping into them and buckling the straps. I ran downstairs and saw auntie M in the living room talking on the phone. I waited a few minutes before she got off and turned to me. "Ready to go?" she asked walking to the car. "Yep!" I replied following behind. We got into the car and started driving to the dinner party. It took about 20 minutes before we finally arrived. We arrived about 10 minutes early, but there were people already  there.

We got out of the car and walked up to the door, auntie M knocking. A few minutes later we were let into the house by a woman who looked to be in her early-mid 30s. She smiled at us and let us in "Hello Mary!" she said in a cheery tone "Hello Barbara! This is my neice Sapphire, Sapphire this is my boss Barbara." "Hello." I said shaking her hand "Hello it's so nice to meet you!" "Nice to meet you too." I said and awkwardly smiled. We walked into the living room and I gaped in awe "Wow." I muttered and looked around. "Why don't you go talk to the other kids hun." "Umm i'm ok i'm gonna go get something to drink." I said walking to the kitchen. I got water and sat down on a stool sipping it slowly. I heard somebody come in and open the fridge. I looked up, but couldn't see who it was. As they closed the fridge an turned I quickly looked down at my phone. I glanced up to see the boy looking at me.

"Umm is there something you need?" I asked in a slightly sarcastic tone. "No but I do like your shirt." he said smirking. I looked down at my nirvana shirt and looked back up at the boy, glad that my boobs weren't showing. He smirked and walked over to the other side of where I was sitting and sat down. "Ashton." he said holding out his hand. I looked down at his hand then back up to his face. "Uhhhh......Sapphire." I said quickly shaking his hand. He chuckled and I looked at the water in my cup. I realized the name he claimed that was his, and stared wide eyed at him. "What?" he asked furrowing his eyebrows. "Did you say Ashton?" I asked still staring wide eyed at him. "Yep! Ashton's the name and drummin's my game!" he said smiling widely. "Wait Ashton as in Ashton Irwin?" "Yea why?" "Your last name is Irwin? As in Irwin?" "Yes. What's your last name?" he asked getting up and throwing his cup away. "Ummm uhhh uhhhhmmmm McFoster?" I said more as a question "Ok now what's your REAL last name?" He asked sitting back down. "And no lying." he said pointing his finger at me. "Irmin." it sounded different since I mumbled. "Look just tell me." he demanded getting agitated. I took a deep breath "Irwin. My last name is Irwin." I said looking down at my cup finishing the last of my water. I got up and threw my cup away Ashton saying "What?" under his breath as I sat back down. We sat there in silence for at least two or three minutes before Ashton broke the silence "Is your last name really Irwin?" he asked looking at me. I continued to look at the marble island and nodded my head. He suddenly got up and walked around the island grabbing my hand and leading me somewhere. 

After a minute of walking he brought me up the stairs into an empty room. My anxiety kicked in and my senses were suddenly on alert. He shut the door and turned walking up closer to me, while I was walking backwards to get away from him. I took one more step my back hitting the wall and Ashton cornering me "Are you lying to me? Tell me the truth. What. Is. Your. Real. Name?" he asked his accent a lot thicker and deeper. "S-S-Sapphire I-Ir-Irwin." I stuttered terrified of what he'll do to me. He stood there for a couple more seconds before backing up and taking his phone out. I still stood against the wall trembling with fear, and trying not to hyperventilate. After a couple minutes he turned around and looked at me with a stunned expression.

He started walking towards me again and I tried backing up, still terrified, but failing. He stopped and looked at me a concerned look on his face "You're trembling. Are you okay?" he asked bringing his hand to my face, but me flinching away from his touch. "Did I scare you?" he asked and I nodded. "Oh i'm sorry. I didn't mean to." he said trying to bring his hand back up to my face. He put his hand on my cheek and I slightly loosened up. "Wow I can't believe I have a sister that I didn't know about." He said in a whisper. "Wait just because we have the same last name doesn't mean we're related." I said sighing. "How old are you?" "16." "Did you move here to Australia from the U.S?" "um yea." "Come with me." he said grabbing my hand and leading me downstairs to a woman who i'm guessing was his mother.

"Mum can I talk to you?" he asked letting go of my hand "Sure sweetie what's up? And may I ask who this is?" she asked pointing to me. "Well um this is sapphire and she's what I wanted to talk about. See her last name is Irwin and some articles online says that she's related to us." ashton said and his mother tensed up. "Um come on ashton I think we need to be heading back." his mother said trying to get him to leave with her. "I'm not going anywhere till I..er..we get answers." he said standing his ground. His mum sighed and lead us outside so we could talk in private. She tried to get me to go back inside so she could talk to just ashton, but he wouldn't let me go. She told us the whole story and when she was done I was on the edge of tears. Ashton held me to his chest while I sobbed soaking his shirt. "Why?"
