Rainbows and Rain

      I've lost count of how many times he sneak a kiss when no one is looking or hide in a closest in the corner that everyone forgets about. When we are outside that's a different story. I'm not required anymore to text every 20 minutes, only every hour or so. We take full advantage if that. He will swing me into his arms and hold me and laugh and I laugh to. We take nice long walks through the park talking about our past and our hopeful future. But I can't just ignore it. Its forbidden that I see anybody, even after I come of age they still want to test on me. I tell him that and he replys "I will never let them control you like that again." Then we spend the next few minutes embracing eachother, intertwing our body's together.

     I sit in my room humming to a song I heard playing in a little antique shop downtown. Then a doctor comes in, I assume its time for testing when he plops photos on my coffee table. Its pictures of Gray and I. My heart swallows at the reality of being found out. "So been have some "fun" with Doctor Gray huh?" I stare at the photos not saying anything. He grabs one and shoves it in my face. "WELL?"  He shouts. I gulp his voice is so loud. Then I recognize it, Doctor Bensen. "I don't think that is any of your business Doctor Bensen." I try to walk away. He grabs my wrist. He gives me a look I will never get. His cruel way of what he got what he wanted. Everyone knows he wants to erase me and take credit for the successful one after me."Your coming with me."

   The seats in the director's office are really uncomfortable. Especially after an hour of seating on them. The director stares at me and Doctor Bensen smirks at me. Then Gray opens the door and sees me. He looks completely confused. "Sit down Mr.Fullbuster." He tries  to take a seat next to me but Doctor Bensen interrupts. "I don-", "Mr. Bensen please resume you duties." Doctor Bensen looks shocked at the director, but does leave quietly. Then the director looks at me. He has been one of my doctors since I was young. His brother was the previous director, so after his death he filled in. He's old, a white head and a white beard, sad eyes to follow. He coughs "Mr. Fullbuster and Miss... " he smiles at Gray. "Lockster." I look at him in surprise, did he give me a last name too? "It has been brought to my attention that you have been romantically involved with Miss Lockster here." He pauses to give Gray a stern look. "Is that true?" He replies in a few seconds after he asks. "Yes it is, And I don't regret it at all." I want to hug him and plant kisses after he said that, but Gray looks sternly back at the director. Then the director looks at me. "Is that true Miss?" I nod my head. He smiles and looks at window. " You know, it was raining a minute ago and now the sun is shining like it never left." He laughs, "Miss Lockster here has never been one for emotion most of her life and we counted that as our big error. We had tries anything but nothing." He looks at Gray, "That is until you came along Mr.Fullbuster. In less than a year she is head over heels for you. Smiling ,laughing, and crying." He looks at both of us. "Tommorw I end the trials with Miss Lockster here, and announce that the trials were a complete success." Tears start to fill my eyes and Gray puts his hand over mine. Gray finishes for him, "Because you created a full human out of a single drop of water." The director nods. "So we release custody of Miss Lockster, to do whatever she wishes to do." Tears stream down my cheeks and I cover my face. Then Gray grabs me and holds me. "Your mine now Miss Rain Woman."

About 4 months passed since that day. After a few weeks of being cleared by the doctors, the released me. Gray invited me to live with him. I took a job at a local restaurant, as a waitresses. While he got his doctor's in Genetics to be specific, human genetics. Our days consisted of waking up kissing good bye, sometimes lunch, and always dinner together. Right now he sleeps on the counch, and I sleep in the bed. Ever since I started living here he didn't try anything. I ruffle my covers when I hear the door open. He comes and lays beside me, not saying a word hugging me with his arm. "Gray?" A moment of silence passes then he speaks. " I want us to be like this forever." Then he moves on top of me. He looks at me with his deep blue eyes and I look him with mine. "I want to to marry me Juvia. I want to spend the rest of my life with you." It takes me a moment to realize the situation. "Yes" I whisper. I raise my Hands to his face and move my tumb to wipe away his tear. "I want to spend the rest of my life with you too." I smile, then he leans down to kiss me. Then whispers,
" Mrs. Fullbuster."
