"Hey Andrea, uh, I think you should wake up. We're landing." Michael says, grabbing my shoulder and shaking me gently.
"Five more minutes," I mumble.
"Come on, Andy, you gotta get up." Michael sighs, leaning back in relief.
I sit up, and fix my hair. Then turn to Michael, "Did you just call me Andy?" I ask.
"Yeah. Is that not okay? I had a friend named Andrea, and we would call her 'Andy'.. I thought- I'm sorry, I just-"
"It's okay, Michael." I whisper. I haven't had anyone call me Andy in two years, and it brought back some memories.
He frowns, "It doesn't look like it is. I'm really sorry Andrea."
"It's fine, really." I say, reassuringly.
We sit in awkward silence until the plane finally lands. Michael and I decide to wait until there are less people rushing to get out of the plane, before we head off. He eagerly turns his phone off airplane mode and starts texting like crazy.
He then turns to me, "How about I make it up to you!"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean, since you fell asleep during my great story, the angry lady told me to 'shut up'," He mutters to me, "And I called you Andy, let's go out to eat somewhere! I know of this great pizza place by my house and, if you want, you can meet my friends!" Michael says, while he stands up. He grabs our bags from the overhead compartments, and hands me my bag afterwards.
"How do I know you're not some serial killer or something?"
He smiles at me, as if asking 'please say yes!', and I give in.
"Fine. I'll go, mainly because you mentioned pizza." I say, trying to convince myself that it's a valid reason.
Michael fist bumps the air, "Awesome, let's go!"
"You're paying." I add.
"But- Fine."
I giggle behind Michael, which makes him giggle as well. We make our way out of the plane, and end up being some of the last people off the plane.
Michael waits for me to get my checked in luggage, and I tug it behind me while he runs outside to the arrivals area of the airport. What Michael is so excited for, I mean he said we're just going for pizza,
"MIKEY!" I hear two boys synchronize right as we walk out. Two boys jog eagerly towards Michael; one with a bit of blonde in his jet black hair, whom I assume is Calum, and the other with wavy brunette hair.
"Guys, this is Andrea, I met her at the airport." Michael says to them. He then turns to me, "Andrea, this is Calum, and that's Ashton."
"Hi guys," I say towards them. I go to shake Calum's hand, but he pulls me into a side hug.
"Nice to meet you! I'm Calum."
"Hi Calum, I'm Andrea."
Calum lets go, and I go to Ashton, who does the same as Calum.
"Hi Andrea, I'm Ashton!"
Hi Ashton," I smile. I let go to grab my suitcase, and Michael turns to the boys.
"Thanks for picking us up guys, how about pizza?"
They agree in unison and we make our way to the car, where Calum and Michael argued about who's sitting shotgun because Ashton is driving. Michael ended up losing to rock, paper, scissors three times so he sat in the back with me.
"Is sitting in the back with me that bad?" I laugh at Michael, who is frowning towards the other window.
